So speaking of shenanigans, at the reunion with some of my classmates we were talking about how our graduating class got the school banned from any future senior trips to Washington DC after our class went. It wasn't until about 20 years later that they finally started letting our school go back there.

We never knew it till our youngest son shipped out to Boot Camp but the guy was deathly afraid of Spiders. We would have NOTHING but never found out but found cans of Spider Repellent in his room.

He was terrified but had to live through it in Boot Camp. Don't think you can tell the Drill Sarge you're afraid of bugs. Not Bunny. :1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

I have to reach out to our old buddy tomorrow. I sure hope he replies. I NOTHING but miss him big time, he was a great guy! Just needed a little polishing. A Diamond in the rough! :popcorn:

Thanks, Nucky, although I feel bad for your son, it makes me feel better not to be alone in my fear. Mine started very young and I think I have gotten a lot better, but those big ones - :22yikes: I should feel bad for scaring the bejeebers out of my husband. He thought someone had broken into the house or something the way I screamed and carried on. Poor guy, I don't know how he puts up with me sometimes. Let's just say his calmness way outweighs my not so calm. :ohdear:

Today is Thursday, Oct 4th, the day that all spiders who cross my path should be afraid. I'm on the war path. I did not catch the sucker which is the reason I thought I would lose sleep over it - I didn't - so you can bet I will be on NOTHING but high alert today.
