Two questions -

1) Is it NOTHING but safe to come back?

2) Is getting caught in a downpour going to the grocery store sufficient as a post-gym shower? I had to go tonight to practice my running just in case fw was right - lol - and that is in jest because I told you before no running for me. Well, maybe if an alligator was chasing me - then I'd have to be sure I was able to run faster than the person I was with.

Was that a fast enough NOTHING?
