How much damage to the poor DeerMobile this time?

OMG that is just NOTHING but unbelievable! Hope you are OK.

It's so darn dark out there I could see NOTHING. I think I just clipped it but I heard it hit. It was in the middle of the road as I came up over a crest. I swerved just slightly to my right to avoid hitting it head on and that's when I saw 3 more to my right and said "Holy ----". The deer in the road turned back on me and hit my car somewhere but I don't know where and I'm too tired to care right now.

Exactly my thoughts. Yes thanks, I'm fine. My back hurts and my personal masseuse is not home so can do NOTHING to help me right now.

Haha......right this moment he just texted me and said to take a hot shower and he'd be home to massage it. :a040: Sure is a heck of a way to get a back rub though.......:ohdear:

Yeah, I look for NOTHING but deer to hit just for a massage. And it wasn't like I was whining about it. He asked if i was ok and I said fine just that my back hurt. The rest was his idea. Why are you NOTHING but picking on me? I've just been traumatized. Are you trying to turn this into another :boxing2: match?

Are the deer up there NOTHING but multiplying like rabbits this year?

I have seen very few deer in the Villages. They are around Lake Tarpon though as there was often a bunch on the lawns in the cul-de-sac where we lived at dawn. Lake Tarpon Lake Tarpon is near Palm Harbor where we lived for nine years before coming to the Villages.

And I would see them out in the forest in back of East Lake Community Library sometimes near 5:30 PM or so. East Lake Community Library is in Palm Harbor, FL.

There are a lot of other animals to watch out for here in the Villages-- possum, armadillo, red fox, feral cats, abandoned dogs, and especially tortoises and turtles. The gators seem to stay off the roads most of the time. And not for NOTHING.

It sure NOTHING but seems like it. They are EVERYWHERE! It has always been a huge problem where I currently live because there is very little hunting allowed anywhere around here. Just some controlled hunting in a park near here and some bow and arrow hunting which is allowed on personal property. Although when I was visiting my family it seemed like more than the normal amount of deer out in the open up there too. Growing up I rarely saw deer out in the open because of all the forest around us. The only deer in our backyard were usually dead and hanging......:yuck: My dad and grandfather were avid hunters. My brothers not so much. I wonder if hunting is not as popular as it once was - I don't know. I'll have to ask my buddy who works for the fish and game commission about that when I see him over Thanksgiving.
