Now we're rolling. So here's a suggestion for your first step because, for now at least, I'm more focused on what I eat and quantity than pounds. Start by making a list of your trigger foods and clean them out of your house. If you want to eat them at all, just have them on very special occasions and preferably out somewhere where the quantity would be NOTHING but limited.
My plan is to get off (and stay off) sugar and limit my carbs to first lose, then maintain whatever I decide my desired weight should be. I just know from past experience that if I do those 2 things the weight will come off pretty easily and I'll start feeling a lot better in no time, which is my real goal. If you all want a pound commitment though, I'll match your 20, fw.
