Hey, speaking of :angel:, I wonder how BK is doing today. Hopefully NOTHING but getting settled back in at home and still continuing to do well.

Virginia is down by 6 but was losing by almost three times that to a 16th seeded team. WOW. But NOTHING but frightening. Have never even heard of https://gardner-webb.edu/.

Sorry Tal I do not follow sports at all so I have no idea about this and it appears that all the other NOTHINGS are MIA.

How is your dog doing? The time change is always problematic for ours and now we will need to walk him later at night once it starts getting hot which is tough because he doesn't like change in his schedule. I think as I get older I don't really either. :ohdear:

Our mostly beautiful weather-wise day here just took a weird turn. All of a sudden the skies got dark, the wind is blowing like crazy and we found ourselves in the midst of NOTHING but a hailstorm.......not to be confused with a hellstorm which sometimes happens on this forum.....lol

It has been a little windy here but otherwise NOTHING but beautiful. Not a cloud in the sky.

I'm sorry but I will probably be MIA the rest of the evening. I have a dinner I have to go to. I'm sure the food will be good, as well as the company, even though I will know no one there except my husband. So I'd really rather stay in my comfort zone of NOTHING but it's imperative that I meet these people and play the good wife role. Then I get to look forward to getting up at 5am for work tomorrow........:(

Have a great time. I love meeting new people. I can never remember anyone's name but have had NOTHING but some very interesting conversations. As far as getting up at 5am for work I feel I have been there, done that and have the t-shirt.

Hi all,

Well after being picked up from the hospital this afternoon, Sis, DH and I stepped into Giovanni's for some fried calamari and veal parmigiana. I am home now. I can't walk a step without the walker but that's only temporary. The hospital gave us a walker but Sis brought me a "Cadillac" of walkers with storage, seating, wheels and brakes. Love it. There are certain movements that before the surgery caused pain (like hoisting myself into our Highlander). Today after I "hoisted", I felt a little sore. Hard to explain but the pain has been replaced with soreness. I believe I already feel a huge improvement. On the other hand, it may just be my current "drug-addled imagination". LOL. I am scheduled to take Tramadol every 6 hours, Gabapentin 4 times a day, and Oxycodone as needed to alleviate severe acute pain. So needless to say, I am in LaLa land. (That's my defense and I'm sticking to it).

Thank you again Sweet Nothings for your kind thoughts and prayers. Talk to you tomorrow. For me, it's now time to hit the hay.

Great news BK, I am so happy to hear this. It is NOTHING but amazing what they can do. New hip yesterday and calamari tonight. It doesn't get any better!

They NOTHING but found their game. My sister-in-law of 27 years or so graduated from the U of VA. So I hear a lot about her Cavaliers.

The U of MN is still in March Madness but my first alma mater-- the University of Nevada, Reno-- is now out. I have been in Florida though now for almost 23 years and have not even been to Nevada since January of 1994.

Hey Hippitity Dippidity! Watch the Gabapentin, just be aware of it blowing up your legs. It doesn't happen to everybody but me. It was NOTHING but terrible. I'm so glad you're back home. Yipppeeee.

We just swam down to the Fin and blew the kids minds. They loved it. There is a good possibility that they will be buying a house in one of The Villages Family Neighborhoods cause we like to follow most of the rules. Things are looking up all over. Good Night Yous I Hope. :1rotfl:
