I was there this morning. It was the joining of a mass of both Friday and Saturday appointments. Need I say more?

We were there at 9 when they opened.
Yes there was a line of cars....well managed by the local police.
In and driving away in 40 minutes.
Well run operation serving hundreds of people.

Better performance than most doctors office in TV.

I would say no to a different location/chain retailer as you need to have the same brand vaccine that you originally got. The newspaper said on Thursday that the Sumter county Health spokeswoman said they could not guarantee which vaccines will be available using myvaccine.fl.com. So going somewhere else could open a new can of worms. The GMR website states they will not give second shots to those who received first shot elsewhere so I'm thinking other sites won't either.

We all have appointment dates, times and places. However, GMR has moved twice since my first and second appointment were scheduled and their hours now don't include the time I was scheduled for. I'm going to go on the date I'm scheduled and hope that I will get the shot. It's just frustrating that there is a lack of communication from GMR addressing the concerns of those awaiting their second shot.

At about 1:15 Friday.

I received my 1st dose Moderna vaccination at the Sumter State College location. Then I was notified that they closed and moved to St. Vincent de Paul location.
I'm scheduled for 2nd dose on Saturday March 27, a day on which the St. Vincent location is closed.
Questions:
1. Is the Sumter State College site open again?
(I've read that they are.)
2. Are they offering the Moderna vaccination or just the J&J vaccine?
3. If they're not open or only offering the single dose J&J, and the St. Vincent site isn't open on Saturdays,
do I just show up there on the Friday at time indicated
originally scheduled for 2nd dose?

I have to arrange transportation to whichever location so it would be great to know exactly where and when and not get a 3AM email for the following morning and scramble for a ride.
Anyone know?

Truly confusing process with GMR moving around and not updating people in a timely manner.
Their physical sites are well organized.
My 82 year old sister received her 1st Moderna vaccination at the St. Vincent location on Thursday and said very well run there.
Their communication has been terrible.

GMR sent me an email. Go to St. Vincent's Church on Friday same time as you were scheduled on Saturday.

I received an email this morning with my rescheduled appointment date. They moved it back to Friday the 26th from Saturday the 27th at the same time. The email also included a barcode.

Pleasantly surprised and relieved to receive an email from GMR last night confirming date, time, location with the barcode included for my 2nd dose of the Moderna vaccination on March 26.
I was originally scheduled at the Sumter State College site on Saturday, March 27.
