Eventually, maybe not in our time, the Villages will lose its luster and be nothing more than a dot on the map. Why do you think so many people are flocking to the Villages? Leaving their old bubble behind because it no longer brings them joy. Those bubbles have burst! And, so too, eventually will this one. Enjoy things while you can, everything is apt to change!

The Village bubble is already beginning to collapse. Just like all other areas will, as developers develop every square inch of unused land building more and more "new rental home neighborhoods" to convince clueless Millennials/Gen Z-ers that owning a home is too much trouble. Wildwood is changing so quickly that the roads alone show the compression the "bubble" must withstand.
The "over 55" in T V is eventually going to fade away. Its already happening. T V bubble is bursting now as ABnB businesses take over and T V does not regulate the now quick gaining "resort" vacation golf destination called "The Villages".
