Living Trust Recommendation
 

Need to set up a living trust and will.
Would appreciate any recommendations and if possible include cost

A few years ago, Amy Pittman prepared a will for me for $300. At the time, she offered to prepare a package including a will, medical directive (living will), and power of attorney documents for $600. I'm not sure what you mean by a living trust, but if you want a revocable trust for all or your assets, I think the cost would depend on how complicated you want to get, and it could get very expensive.

There are many elder lawyers here with good reputations. I would call several and ask for a ballpark fee. They’ll ask a few questions as everyone’s situation is different. I’ve been to seminars by Mary Trotter and Kathryn Linn. Both seemed knowledgeable and honest. You should have no trouble finding a competent attorney at a reasonable fee. Good luck.
