James Comey, FBI Director, fired by Trump
As the plot :icon_wink::popcorn::popcorn::popcorn::icon_wink:t hickens
|
Hey Comey! A. M. F. Get Out! He is probably going to move to Fenney.
|
I didn't think it was possible, but Trump's Bizarro World...just became more bizarre.
Trump owes Comey for getting him elected by publicly speaking about Hillary's e-mails right before the election, of which Trump was grateful, but now the stated reason Chump is giving for Comey's firing is because...wait for it... Comey's unfair treatment of Hillary before the election?! :22yikes: Only the most ignorant and dedicated Trump cultists, would refuse to believe that it's because Comey is getting too close to the truth...about Chump and the Russians. The only, even close, precedent to what Trump has just done, was Nixon firing Cox...and we all know how that turned out, now don't we? |

They irony is entertaining, if it wouldn't affect America's judicial system...which Trump openly criticizes |
Maybe the "unfair" commentary is in regard to Comey electing to not prosecuting Clinton after he stated she did in fact break the law.
That would make more sense. |
There is such a large and intentional degree of misinformation and fake news out there that one would be the wiser to wait before passing judgment.
Yesterday the facts were that Comey was the primary cause for queen Hillary's failed attempt and progressive wanted his head served upon a platter Today the facts point to Trump's firing of Comey because he was closing in on Trump connection to Putin Today's news is going to play on the heartless, without warning, unsubstantiated firing of Comey I do not know of any more humane way of letting someone go then quietly and immediately letting them go. I'll bet that deep down, you don't even believe that pathetic and desperate spin you constantly spew. :ohdear: Quote:
Trump is on record as LOVING Comey when he torpedoed Hillary right before the election and all but handed Chump the win, by talking about her investigation. It's pretty obvious that Trump (and his cultists) are shaking in their boots at Comey possibly getting closer to tying Chump directly with Russia. That's OK though, as Chump is showing that he's totally divorced from reality and still doesn't understand that he's not a dictator, nor the unassailable head of his own company...and that he can't weasel out of the crosshairs so easily. Deepest Sincere Wishes:  |
Unlike the Trump spokesmen on the air this morning, or many posters on here, I have no knowledge that they profess. I suppose they all have the inroad to the FBI.
What I know is this.... ...In the last 3/4 months, there were 3 people investigating in some fashion, Donald Trump or associates. All three have been fired (Preet Bharara, Sally Yates and James Comey) _________ ...The day before the firing, subpoenas were issued by the FBI to a few associates of Michael Flynn. _________ ...Donald Trump, unlike any other President has been trying to interject himself into investigations (see Nunes as just one example...reports also he tried to stop Yates testimonry) _________ ...The replacements for Comey as touted by Fox....who would be where the administration would float possible folks are... Chris Christie Ray Kelly David Clarke Trey Gowdy ______________ ...The letter terminating Comey cited his actions last July regarding Clinton emails. Actions lauded loudly and often by the President. _______________ ...While the WH insists the Russian investigation had nothing to do with it, the President in his letter to Comey found the need to mention it. ________________ ...The spokesman from the WH are insisting that there is nothing to investigate relative to Russia, and my wonder on that is "HOW do they know that" __________________ ...The President gets updates on investigations delivered to his office so he knows a lot about how close or where they are going. _________________ ...I am searching for words now to understand his sympathy for Hillary Clinton that he now is pronouncing. _________________ Again, unlike posters on here and the WH spokesmen, I am simply posting what I know or think I know. If you feel i have posted something inaccurate or presented it in a wrong way, please call me on it. I do know how I feel about this investigation on Russia as I have been saying it over and over. HOW can any american want that to be terminated. It is NOT and never was said to be an investigation of Trump himself, even though that is how he refers to it. I am worried about our direction in this country. PS...I do have a question on the urgency shown for this firing. It appears from what the WH says, or spokes persons, that there was an urgent need to do this yesterday with no discussion outside the White House. |

How dumb does TRUMPANZEE think that Americans are? Comey got fired because TRUMPANZEE knew that he was going to find out too much about Russia rigging the election for Republicans. TRUMPANZEE will be forced to RESIGN - or go to prison! I would be happy with either outcome. |
Right on Track....

By the way....
The Russian Foreign minister mocked the firing in our building. And this.....no US press was allowed....no US photo ops... The single only photo of meeting with Russia Foreign minister was allowed to Putin. That pic of them together is already spread all over the world BY THE RUSSIAN MEDIA. Trump meets Russia's 'top spy' and foreign minister in the Oval Office - and bans White House reporters from meeting but invites Putin's photographer to record encounter Read more: Trump meets Putin foreign minister & RUSSIA puts out photo | Daily Mail Online Follow us: @MailOnline on Twitter | DailyMail on Facebook |
Shall we have a moment of silence for all the anti Trump folks who think Trump and his team did not weigh all the possible outcomes? That they chose to fire Comey with no game plan or end game?
What the average Trump opponent will not, can not embrace is the fact that after doing their home work and weighing the options.....he actually did it. We know some of you do not have the option or luxury of self thought...the talking points bulletins.....the puppeted media pied piper of the party loyalists....set the tone and direction to be followed. |
the progressive spin on Comey's firing has taken many of us aback..what a surprise. Who would ever had predicted progressives would make such accusations against Trump:D Trump Derangement Syndrome is more difficult to cure than Lyme disease.

While I have heard not much defense of Comey, the below ARE ALL REPUBLICAN CONSERVATIVES, MANY WHO SUPPORTED TRUMP IN THE CAMPAIGN and who probably could critique Comey BUT really question the timing and reasoning of this action. They would be interested to hear how you have labeled them. IN your little world it is all about progressives bad....conservatives good, with no gray area. "Sen. Jeff Flake (Ariz.). “I’ve spent the last several hours trying to find an acceptable rationale for the timing of Comey’s firing. I just can’t do it.” Rep. Barbara Comstock (Va.). “I can’t defend or explain tonight’s actions or timing of the firing of FBI Director James Comey. The FBI investigation into the Russian impact on the 2016 election must continue.” Sen. John McCain (Ariz.). “While the President has the legal authority to remove the Director of the FBI, I am disappointed in the President’s decision to remove James B. Comey from office. James B. Comey is a man of honor and integrity, and he has led the FBI well in extraordinary circumstances.” Rep. Carlos Curbelo (Fla.). “Today’s extraordinary decision raises many questions all of which must be answered. … It is critical that the FBI can continue all of its pending work with independence and integrity – especially the investigation into the Russian government’s efforts to influence our last election and undermine American democracy. Today I reiterate the need for Congress to establish a Select Committee with full investigatory powers to thoroughly examine this matter.” Rep. Justin Amash (Mich.). “My staff and I are reviewing legislation to establish an independent commission on Russia. The second paragraph of this letter is bizarre.” Sen. Ben Sasse (Neb.). "Regardless of how you think Director Comey handled the unprecedented complexities of the 2016 election cycle, the timing of this firing is very troubling. … As the chairman of the Judiciary Committee’s Oversight Subcommittee, I have reached out to the Deputy Attorney General for clarity on his rationale for recommending this action.” Sen. James Lankford (Okla.). “The issues that our law enforcement, intelligence community and congressional committees deal with each day are very sensitive and have life or death implications. Director Comey has been the public face representing thousands of committed law enforcement officers and civil servants within the intelligence community. In the days ahead, the American people need clarity and deserve an explanation for his immediate firing.” Sen. Richard Burr (N.C.). “I am troubled by the timing and reasoning of Director Comey’s termination. I have found Director Comey to be a public servant of the highest order, and his dismissal further confuses an already difficult investigation by the Committee. In my interactions with the Director and with the Bureau under his leadership, he and the FBI have always been straightforward with our Committee.” Rep. Trey Gowdy (S.C.). “I am thankful for his service to our country and am hopeful our President will select an independent-minded person to serve as the head of our nation’s premier law enforcement agency. Our justice system is the foundation of our republic. It must be both respected and fully worthy of our respect.” Republican reactions to the firing of James B. Comey, ranked - The Washington Post |
More Republicans with Rubicons syndrome.
The great thing is that while Rubicon is country way down the list after adoration of Trump, these folks actually care about our country. Sen. John Boozman (Ark.): Boozman said in a statement that "Americans deserve a full explanation as to the circumstances of the decision to immediately remove Mr. Comey from his post. Our country has lost faith in many of our institutions and a better public accounting of this situation.... can help restore some of that broken trust." Sen. Lisa Murkowski (Alaska): Murkowski said in a statement that “whether or not you are a supporter of Mr. James Comey’s actions as FBI director, the timing of his firing — in the middle of an investigation into Russia’s interference in our election — is serious cause for concern.” Sen. Rob Portman (Ohio): Portman said in a statement that “given the timing and circumstances of the decision, I believe the White House should provide a fuller explanation regarding the president’s rationale.” Sen. John Thune (S.D.): Thune told a local TV station that "there are questions about timing that the administration and Justice Department are going to need to answer in the days ahead." None is much different than what Democrats are saying but RUBICON needs to feed of his hate. GOP senators on Comey firing: Where they stand | TheHill |

Russia was given by our White House the opportunity to publish the only photos taken and publish a story seen all over the world of a huge meeting in THE USA WHITE HIUSE. In addition, we had the foreign minister of Russia making a sarcastic joke about this firing while arm in arm with our Secy of State. Then we hear the THIRD time line for the firing, and garbage as a reason. What is upsetting how stupid this country looks today, how the President will not personally address us about his thinking in the firing....I did not support Trump but feel totally duped. The firing is secondary to how the American people were made look like buffoons. The word is that Comey would not be his lapdog, but some legal folks are saying that since Trump mentioned the Russia investigation and Comey in his letter, Comey may be free to talk more freely. I might also add, I cannot accept anyone who accepts a nomination because they will need to promise obedience to Trump. We ARE a 3rd world country now. Pence and the WH give differing stories today. Literally, the USA is now being compared to 3rd world countries. And on here, posters actually think the reaction is a defense of Comey. Keep count as he destroys our judicial system..... 3.5 months......3 judicial investigating Trump.....3 fired |

Makes you wonder why such energy invested in what ? What does he not want made public ? If nothing to hide, why fire the man heading the investigation, why fire TWO others investigating HIM. This was a great day for Putin...he absolved Trump of everything today and it was all over the world. We have had our ass handed to us. |

Of course he does. Was sending a letter to FBI headquarters and having Comey find out he was fired by seeing a television report on it while he was addressing his employees, before Trump (or at least someone of stature within Chump's administration) told him in person...a lowlife, chicken$hit and scumbag move? Absolutely!! Do those that would blindly defend such a move, also prove that they share the most despicable...of Chump's defective personality traits? Absolutely on that also! Deepest Sincere Wishes:  |

First of all IF, it exists or if it does not, the Russians look far better than Americans do. YOU LOOK LIKE A BUNCH OF GOSSIPING WOMEN. Your entire premise is insane. Do you really think the Russians would prefer Trump over Hillary???????? RE: other countries interfering in our election Obama tried to have netanyahu defeated in israel. THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL SAID LOUD AND CLEAR GO....... YOURSELF. Obama stuck his nose into Kenya. He spent TAXPAYER MONEY to visit land of his father-same guy that ABANDONED OBAMA AND DIED IN A DRUNKEN CAR ACCIDENT. Obama stuck his nose in there AND HE WAS ASKED TO LEAVE. TYPICAL OF OBAMA. TYPICAL OF THE CLINTONS, the progressives think proper conduct DOES NOT APPLY TO THEM. Look at the RIOTS anti Trump anti Republican. YOU DID NOT SEE THIS WHEN YOU INSTALLED OBAMA. You truly believe Trump is the cause of all these problems. THAT IS PROGRESSIVE INSANITY. Obama was president for EIGHT YEARS. Trump has been president for just over 100 days. |

Great job, President Trump. I was wondering how long it would be before someone actually decided to get rid of that no load. Should have charged him with obstruction of justice also, for his testifying that Hillary committed felonies but he did not recommend prosecution. What a dumb ****!

And you are a douche bag...
