New Construction Flyover Video - Side-by-side March 2019 and March 2020
 

Here’s a new video of construction going on in the south end of The Villages. This is another side-by-side video taken on March 1st, 2019 and March 15th, 2020. The changes over the past year are once again amazing.

I’ve received several messages and request about how I shoot these videos. In this case it is over a dozen flights with videos that are carefully planned to get the desired flight paths and footage. These are all carefully stitched together during editing. The flight paths for this video are shown at the end.

The weather was perfect for flying last Sunday, clear skies and a light breeze, making seeing and controlling the drone far easier than usual.

Thank you for doing this. For us in Fenney and surrounding villages, unfortunately little is being done about the bridge over the turnpike or development of Magnolia Plaza. Keep filming.

my wife and I drove around the villages under construction in DeSoto, Marsh Bend, Chitty Chatty areas yesterday....amazing how quickly the land is being developed...some beautiful area, but so devoid of trees in others

pretty obvious that they need more shopping centers down there, and will need another Town Square soon....as Brownwood will soon be as overloaded as LSL and SS centers are

I always look forward to your view and appreciate the time and effort you contribute to a classy product. Think I understand correctly you respect areas “the family” isnt ready for you to show. Recently played the Fox courses in Fenney and was amazed at the amount of earth moved there. Is that “showable”? Also, the new 18 hole course along the turnpike?
