How do you like your eggs????

Keeping it simple..............How do you like your eggs???

thomp679 06-19-2020 08:53 PM

This is a biased poll. I don't like eggs (not even green eggs), but I don't get to vote. However, I do like ham.

Stu from NYC 06-19-2020 09:17 PM

Can I get two votes as I like them two ways

I like to keep it simple, I eat my eggs boiled. Crack the shell, take out the egg, break it in half, throw out the yolk, and eat the egg white. I have about 4 - 5 per day.

Carla B 06-19-2020 09:55 PM

I don't want to have them everyday, but when I do want to have eggs, I like them scrambled, over easy, fried, boiled, and, most of all, poached. However, on any day I love them deviled, in custards, and, most of all, in creme brulee. Yum.

Kenswing 06-19-2020 10:23 PM

Is someone getting ready to open a restaurant? That's three food questions this week.. lol

manaboutown 06-19-2020 10:26 PM

poached, soft boiled, hardboiled, it depends...

FenneyFanatic 06-19-2020 11:00 PM

I make some wicked good omelets every Sunday...

Nucky 06-19-2020 11:27 PM

As long as they are not thrown at me or mine we'll take them however they are cooked. I prefer Scrambled.

Two Bills 06-20-2020 03:41 AM

Like scrambled. Love egg/mayo sandwich, but the best is a fried egg butty, with HP brown sauce.

George Page 06-20-2020 05:12 AM

Cooked

Rwirish 06-20-2020 05:13 AM

Is this post for real?

Bay Kid 06-20-2020 05:59 AM

Anyway they are cooked. Always have boiled eggs in the frig for snacks. Great protein.

gbs317 06-20-2020 06:17 AM

Yo Adrian!!!

GaryKoca 06-20-2020 06:18 AM

How do you like your eggs?

Omelettes first, then scrambled. Do not like soft boiled or poached.

Fredman 06-20-2020 06:28 AM

Mom used to make what she called a “milk egg”. Beat two large eggs in a cup, add milk to the top of the cup, pour into skillet, melt in about a half of a stick of butter as the eggs cook keep adding milk to replace the milk that boils away. Sweetest scrambled eggs you will ever eat. Not the healthiest but gooooood

Left in the store. For men, there is a strong correlation between egg consumption and prostate cancer.

dougawhite 06-20-2020 06:56 AM

Baked into a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. But for breakfast I make a 1 egg omelette or scrambled. 1 egg mixed vigorously so all the white and yolk are homogeneous. Add half & half to increase volume by 1/4. Butter tiny skillet, best in a 6" copper non-stick. Keep stirring for scrambled, but for the omelette just keep gently pulling in the sides a bit to get the liquid to all touch the pan; add the stuffings and gently fold.

Joeint 06-20-2020 07:08 AM

Organic pasture-raised

La lamy 06-20-2020 07:09 AM

Omelette in microwave every morning. Chopped up zucchini in little dish with pepper/herbs, microwave for a minute. Then break an egg onto veges, mix well, microwave 50 seconds, then slice cheese on hot egg. Yum. Sometimes add a tsp of mayo after cheese has melted.

Bill1701 06-20-2020 07:11 AM

I like mine fully grown and mature.

DBChris 06-20-2020 07:12 AM

My grandmother used to crack a raw egg, put it in a glass, top with red wine and grandpa used to drink it. All the grandkids used to love to watch him drink it.

Dr Winston O Boogie jr 06-20-2020 07:24 AM

Scrambled or an omelet.

Michael Charles 06-20-2020 07:28 AM

Basted is my favorite way to have them prepared.

Dilligas 06-20-2020 07:46 AM

My eggs?

Out of the shell

kendi 06-20-2020 07:51 AM

In a quiche.

gatorbill1 06-20-2020 07:53 AM

over medium or hard boiled

Joe C. 06-20-2020 07:58 AM

I like my eggs COOKED …..any style. The only thing I can't stand is runny whites.

kpd3062 06-20-2020 08:03 AM

Sunny side up is my favorite but I love eggs and enjoy them in many different ways. I fry mine in a little olive oil with a glass lid on the pan. It cooks the top just enough to make it not slimy. Nice runny yoke for my toast to soak up.
There is a Mediterranean egg dish call Skakshuka ( other spellings also). Look up the recipe it’s More work but it’s amazing! Bon Appetite!

jjfoster69@aol.com 06-20-2020 08:06 AM

Can I stop by for bacon and cheese omelet????

DonH57 06-20-2020 08:06 AM

Scrambled hard or dry. It triggers my gag reflex to see people eat softly cooked eggs. I have to turn away.

OrangeBlossomBaby 06-20-2020 08:10 AM

I'm mostly an omelet person. But scrambled is my second choice.

Scorpyo 06-20-2020 08:13 AM

Hmmmm? The question seemed too simple. Are eggs being utilized as a metaphor for something else? If they are then I’ll use a metaphor in response. Sunny side up! Lol

davem4616 06-20-2020 08:30 AM

I've had 'egg on my face' a couple of times....I didn't care for that.

I do enjoy every other way that they are prepared as a breakfast entree

meridian5850 06-20-2020 08:42 AM

Scrambled is the only way I've eaten eggs for over 50 years.

TooColdNJ 06-20-2020 08:47 AM

Dormant. Done with kids!

Michael R 06-20-2020 08:51 AM

Holy crap..get a life!!!!

Don't ban me....I am doing it myself......m

bilcon 06-20-2020 09:01 AM

I can't vote because you don't have my preference. Over medium. Whites firm, yellows runny, and always with ham, (not green) and wheat toast. Soooo, are you writing a cookbook about 10000 ways to enjoy eggs?

New Englander 06-20-2020 09:54 AM

I voted for over easy but I actually like eggs done almost any way.
