How do you like your eggs????
Keeping it simple..............How do you like your eggs???
This is a biased poll. I don't like eggs (not even green eggs), but I don't get to vote. However, I do like ham.
Can I get two votes as I like them two ways

I don't want to have them everyday, but when I do want to have eggs, I like them scrambled, over easy, fried, boiled, and, most of all, poached. However, on any day I love them deviled, in custards, and, most of all, in creme brulee. Yum.

Is someone getting ready to open a restaurant? That's three food questions this week.. lol
poached, soft boiled, hardboiled, it depends...
I make some wicked good omelets every Sunday...
As long as they are not thrown at me or mine we'll take them however they are cooked. I prefer Scrambled.
Like scrambled. Love egg/mayo sandwich, but the best is a fried egg butty, with HP brown sauce.
Cooked
Is this post for real?
Anyway they are cooked. Always have boiled eggs in the frig for snacks. Great protein.

Yo Adrian!!!

How do you like your eggs?
Omelettes first, then scrambled. Do not like soft boiled or poached.

Mom used to make what she called a “milk egg”. Beat two large eggs in a cup, add milk to the top of the cup, pour into skillet, melt in about a half of a stick of butter as the eggs cook keep adding milk to replace the milk that boils away. Sweetest scrambled eggs you will ever eat. Not the healthiest but gooooood

Baked into a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. But for breakfast I make a 1 egg omelette or scrambled. 1 egg mixed vigorously so all the white and yolk are homogeneous. Add half & half to increase volume by 1/4. Butter tiny skillet, best in a 6" copper non-stick. Keep stirring for scrambled, but for the omelette just keep gently pulling in the sides a bit to get the liquid to all touch the pan; add the stuffings and gently fold.

Omelette in microwave every morning. Chopped up zucchini in little dish with pepper/herbs, microwave for a minute. Then break an egg onto veges, mix well, microwave 50 seconds, then slice cheese on hot egg. Yum. Sometimes add a tsp of mayo after cheese has melted.
I like mine fully grown and mature.
My grandmother used to crack a raw egg, put it in a glass, top with red wine and grandpa used to drink it. All the grandkids used to love to watch him drink it.
Scrambled or an omelet.
Basted is my favorite way to have them prepared.
My eggs?
Out of the shell

over medium or hard boiled

I like my eggs COOKED …..any style. The only thing I can't stand is runny whites.
Sunny side up is my favorite but I love eggs and enjoy them in many different ways. I fry mine in a little olive oil with a glass lid on the pan. It cooks the top just enough to make it not slimy. Nice runny yoke for my toast to soak up.
There is a Mediterranean egg dish call Skakshuka ( other spellings also). Look up the recipe it’s More work but it’s amazing! Bon Appetite! |
Can I stop by for bacon and cheese omelet????
Scrambled hard or dry. It triggers my gag reflex to see people eat softly cooked eggs. I have to turn away.
I'm mostly an omelet person. But scrambled is my second choice.
Hmmmm? The question seemed too simple. Are eggs being utilized as a metaphor for something else? If they are then I’ll use a metaphor in response. Sunny side up! Lol
I've had 'egg on my face' a couple of times....I didn't care for that.
I do enjoy every other way that they are prepared as a breakfast entree |
Scrambled is the only way I've eaten eggs for over 50 years.
Dormant. Done with kids!
Holy crap..get a life!!!!
Don't ban me....I am doing it myself......m
I can't vote because you don't have my preference. Over medium. Whites firm, yellows runny, and always with ham, (not green) and wheat toast. Soooo, are you writing a cookbook about 10000 ways to enjoy eggs?
I voted for over easy but I actually like eggs done almost any way.
