Wendy's coming to Southern Trace
 

The empty lot between Village Dental and the new Starbucks has a sign saying that Wendy's is coming to that location on 466.

Darn and to think we listened to the rumor that TJ's was coming there

Miss having a Wendy's very close by.

It takes all kinds to make a world. We love their chili and their Frosty's.

Wendy’s is running a special Pretzel Bacon Pub burger. It is as good or better than any burger around. Wendy’s had good fries, but I think they changed the type of fries used.

IMO Wendy’s not what it use to be. Don’t know why they are building, it they wait little longer I’m sure BK and Taco Bell building will be vacant right down the street? :pray:

Wendy’s is going to be nice so close. But my absolute dream would be to have a Dairy Queen right there. I hate driving down to Leesburg for a Dairy Queen!

I second the In-N-Out, they can come here just after Costco is finished.

remember when they used to serve the Frosty Waffle cone? would love to see them bring that back. imo, wendy's is the best choice for 'fast' food.

the issue with bk in our area is the food is typically served cold. i heard the 1 on 466 serves warm food, but is too far to go for a fatburger

There was a Dairy Queen where star bucks is. Went out of business

Wendy's is my favorite fast food place. I like their burgers, fries, chili (especially on a cold day) and salads. I live near 466 so I'm glad they are locating there.

We never had fast food growing up, once out on our own tried couple of times once I moved out. But the additives and preservatives, and texture, just don’t work for us.

But I’m guessing since most here are in their 70s, 80s, and 90s does it really matter what is consumed now, for a healthy aspect.
I wouldn’t think fast food, sodium, sugar, additives and preservatives, could affect your health this late in life by what you eat.

Agree, it’s management, not franchise, when they don’t make employees do there job is slowly goes down till and dies. No better in spainish springs either IMO of course.

However, it would be unusual to build another one there, since it has been announced one is being built at the intersection of US301 and CR 466 about a mile or two to the West.
