What threads do you hate the most????????????????

oops. my vote is I hate threads where people get nasty without provocation. Thank you.

It’s all good. I picked my absolute least favorite thread topic. LOL.

One that tries to bring out the worst in everyone...oh and those that try to be witty here, but you meet them in person and they're anything but....

Sneaky threads/posts that inject politics while seemingly talking about or responding to something else. They know who they are.

Hate is should and awful mean nasty word. Just cause I don’t like or dislike something don’t mean I Ha&& it.

But, do you Ha^^ them? :)

Define: passionate dislike

Passion is possible without nasty.

Threads that people think they must post 10 times or much more in one thread. To bully, actually it then gets boring. When 2 or 3 people are just posting against each other it’s a turn off

As I think about threads I dislike, I keep coming up with “nothing”.

Covid is a hoax, masks take away my “freedom”, etc, ad nauseam.

The ones that start out with a "No Politics!" claim, and then proceed to bring up subjects known to trigger politics. And then when someone calls them on it, they say "I was merely" or "I only" or "I innocently" or "I was just" followed by "and I DID say "no politics!".

You see this in many threads here. In poker, it's called a tell.

On forums they are called trolls. And we've got a few.

When some of the 'advice' is so wrong, and in some cases, dangerous.

Threads that assume that “the developer” is inherently greedy and evil..

What difference does it make. If you don't like the thread then don't read or respond to it. It will die a quick death if no one is interested.

I don’t dislike any of these threads. I may pass up the opportunity to see what’s on everyone’s mind on certain issues though.

Anything not Villages related - threads about national topics, they are bait to talk politics.
If XYZ store in Brownwood still requires masks or proof of vaccine, great - but I don’t come here to talk about AMerican Air’s mask or vaccine policy.
Keep the topics about THE VILLAGES - that’s all.
