I'm going to miss his helmet throwing skills

Laker14 01-29-2022 04:01 PM

He better not try to move into my neighborhood with those small children. He won't be welcome here.

Tvflguy 01-29-2022 04:02 PM

Good for him. He deserves the very best for his family. Wonder when the Brady-slams will start here. Hope he gets the MVP as he surely deserves that.

And, he’d better hurry to get his new home in The Villages the way prices are increasing.

Two Bills 01-29-2022 04:09 PM

The Gronk will call it a day now as well I expect.
Not enough time left to train another QB!

Laker14 01-29-2022 04:10 PM

I wonder if there is any chance of Aaron Rodgers winding up in Tampa Bay.

rustyp 01-29-2022 04:24 PM

No GOAT - No Gronk

Tampa Bay next year 7 and 10

I guess he became "deflated" after his last loss.

Chi-Town 01-29-2022 05:17 PM

Brady was a consistent winner like no other. I can appreciate that coming from a city that hasn't had anyone remotely close for as long as I can remember.

Maybe Aaron Rodgers will replace him

Rainger99 01-29-2022 06:21 PM

Brady has denied the rumor. At least for now.

ureout 01-29-2022 06:45 PM

and now they say he hasn't retired...lol

manaboutown 01-29-2022 06:45 PM

Perhaps he wants to spend more time on his new yacht. Tom Brady Purchases Insane 77-Foot Yacht Worth $6 Million - YouTube

Wonder why such a small one he could afford a bigger one

My guess is he wanted something sleek and fast he could drive or pilot himself rather than depend upon a professional. Two can crew it. Somebody has to keep the boat clean and serviced, prepare and serve meals, do the dishes and so on. It looks ideal for the gulf to me.

I remember most of the yachts I saw moored in Monaco had crews of about five. Not much privacy.

If your going a distance say to the S Caribbean think you would need someone to stand watch in the middle of the night. Wonder if Giselle would do it?

Nucky 01-30-2022 12:02 AM

I just read on the net that if he stays with them until next Friday he will get another 15 million in pay? True? False? Who cares.

Everybody is expecting tomorrow to be as exciting as last weekend football-wise. I don't think that the last game will be topped for a long time.

Tom Brady has had his day. He mentioned his children and the fact that his wife has been handling them for all these years. There was the clue that he is going to retire.

He got greedy going for one last Super Bowl. I wish him luck.

Go out to your garage and check the air pressure in the tires of your golf cart now that it’s below freezing out. Guess what, they will be partially deflated. The inconvenient truth Brady haters choose to ignore.

RICH1 01-30-2022 06:13 AM

I like the way you think , but I’ve heard Denver for quite sometime now! Aaron does like Portillos

donassaid 01-30-2022 06:41 AM

Very funny. Another Brady hater no doubt.

bowlingal 01-30-2022 06:46 AM

this rumor is not true, at least not yet. Tom Brady has not made up his mind yet.

La lamy 01-30-2022 06:46 AM

What an athlete. Love the way he kept himself in super shape to have such a long career.

Who? It helps when you include a quote from the post you are responding to if the response target is not obvious

Grandma always said if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.

I've followed him from day 1. A true gentleman and an outstanding quarterback. Football will never be the same for me.

NoMo50 01-30-2022 09:05 AM

Prediction: Brady will sign a one-day contract with the Patriots during the off-season, and retire as a Pat.

dewilson58 01-30-2022 09:25 AM

Not very high on my Care List.

Not official until an actual news conference is held and he has 1 year left on his contract. Still the best QB in football.

MrFlorida 01-30-2022 09:56 AM

On the news last night, it was a maybe....

montagnard1969 01-30-2022 11:10 AM

Tom Brady

Another multi-millionaire "sports god" retires. Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn!

tophcfa 01-30-2022 11:15 AM

News report, if TB12 officially announced retirement before February 4th, he looses $15 million in signing bonus money.
