I used Investment Painters last year and I can say they are the BEST. They came in the morning and were done by 5:00. They were clean, very polite and they put everything back in place. I would give them a 10+ rating.

"After a few quotes, we decided to go with Investment Painting. They were here last Wednesday and we couldn't be happier!

What a great bunch of guys...they were on-time and organized...they moved all the furniture and then moved it back when they were done and asked us to check each room to make sure it was in the proper order.

I have recommended Investment Painting to many folks, including those here on Talk of The Villages. They painted my entire 3 bedroom home in one day! The work was excellent, the workers were friendly, courteous and did a beautiful job as well as cleaning up afterward. Couldn't be more pleased.

We had Chris and his team paint the entire interior of our 3 bedroom At Ease in 1 day and 1 1/2 hours. They moved the furniture, and put everything back where it was. These guys are spectacular. Not one mistake, and not one drip or holiday. We tell everybody about them and how good (and reasonable!) they are, but truthfully, the majority of people we've talked to have already heard good things about them, or used them themselves. I guess good news does travel fast! :thumbup:

We had Cris and crew paint the exterior of our designer home two years ago. They were on time and very professional. Our house looks as good as it did the day they finished. Neighbors are still coming to our house to ask who painted it.

Just wanted to take the opportunity to commend Len and Chris of Investment Painting Conractors. I engaged them to remodel my 12 year old kitchen while we were in New Oreans. When we arrived home, we were dazzled by the impact of the beautiful job they did. Rather than entering my drab La Costa home, I thought I was entering a Villa in Tuscany.
They resurfaced all the kitcen cabinets, painted the walls a rich terra cotta Painted the ceiling and trim white; removed the sliding doors to the lanai and installed a beautiful white frame for the entrance to the Lanai from the kitchen. giving more depth and space.
In the living room, they removed the sliding doors, and built a wall, rendering the room a formal living room. They Use monochromatic colors to accent the
soffit and entrance areas. It was truly beautiful. Three of my neighbors immeditely had their kitchens remodled after they saw the resuts of what Investment Painting Contractors did. Best of all, they accomplished all of this in five days. everything was neat and spotless. They replaced all the furniture, and rugs, and left it in pristine condition. All this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Investment Painting Contractors.

They did our premier this year right after we bought and they were/are fabulous. Best price and 12 foot ceilings are no problem!

Chris and his crew painted the interior of my Iris last week and they did a very good job. I'm timid with color choice and Chris made suggestions and gave me the courage to go ahead with a vibrant color. I love it and I'm very appreciative that he told me "it's only paint...if you don't like it, it can easily be changed". When I need more painting I will hire Investment Painters again.

I hired them to paint my kitchen, bathroom and a space in my living room. They did a great job. The job "foreman" had me look everything over and I saw a place in the living room painting that was missed and they promptly corrected it before leaving. I would highly recommend them and hire them again!

I just wanted to let new Villagers know about my experience I had with Investment Painting. I just arrived here on Aug. 10th. our house needing a paint job,
I called Investment Painting talked with Chris Gibbs, he came the next day
gave me a extimate, said he could do it Tues. Aug. 17th. finish on the 18th.
they would start at 8AM in the morning and leave at 4:30PM, they were here
when stated finished when stated, even ran the sweeper before they left. So in two days our whole house was painted and put back in order. I would use them again with no trouble and highly recommend him to anybody in The Village.

This past week we hired Investment Painting contractors to paint our new house in the Villages of Alhambra. Chris was willing to come out to our house the day after I called. He gave us a free estimate for painting our entire interior which we felt was very reasonable. He also said they could paint the house in one day. When I asked when his guys could come out and paint, I was pleasantly surprised that he said they could be there the following day at 8:00 AM. Chris was friendly, helpful, and very professional.

The next morning his crew showed up on time (early actually!) and they were equally friendly and professional. When my wife and I returned later in the afternoon we found our house beautifully painted. Everything that had been taken down or moved was put back in its proper place. Chris and his guys did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend them for your painting needs.

Best painters and flooring companies
 

Hello,

We are newcomers to the Villages and shopped around for a painting company and a Flooring company to install hardoood floors.

We were fortunate enough to find Investment Painting Contractors. Chris Gibbs and his staff Lance/Michael and Eric were awesome. Extremely punctual, courtesy as well as great painters.
They painted 90 percent of our home. SUPER JOB.

We also discovered Reedy's Flooring America and Doug and his team did a wonderful job as well. Agian a SUPER JOB.

We highly recommend both companies. You will not be disapointed.

I have to compliment the entire crew that painted my home interior yesterday.
Paint job was excellent.The crew worked together better then I have ever seen.They worked as a team, they all new want had to be done next, and they just got it done, from painting to cleaning, to packing up.
Don't waste time getting quotes they are reasonable, and they did a exceptional job. I will tell all my golf buddies about Investment Painting.

I had IP do my interior on Friday. I did my research by getting quotes and recommendations from others, and I had IP do the painting, best decision I have made in awhile.
The crew worked together like a well coached team, they all new what had to be done and they all just keep painting, moving ladders, sweeping, never even asking what had to be done next, they just got it done.
Don't waste your time getting quotes.
IP was competitive, on time, excellent work, clean, and professional.

I also used IPC to paint several rooms in my house, they did a great job,
however, my wife asked the paint to be semi-gloss. But the painters put on eggshell. She is not happy, but doesn't want to go through moving all the pictures again to get it repainted.

We had them paint our dated kitchen and bath cabinets a beautiful white. They finished all in a day and a half, where very professional, fast, cleaned up, and did a great job. All the guys were really pleasant to talk to and certainly knew what they were doing!

I used Investment Painting Contractors in August of 2009. I thought I posted a long recommendation on this site, but obviously I did something wrong because I never could find it. I was very impressed with the painting contractor and their workers. They showed up exactly when they said they would, they finished when they said they would, and they really did a terrific job for me. Anything they had to move out of their way was put back in place, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were a small crew of very nice guys. Nothing was paid up front and the bill was exactly as they had estimated. I would definitely call on them again.

Investment Painting Contractors - Chris and crew, did a wonderful job at our designer villa, close to Spanish Springs. They scraped the ceilings, sealed and painted them and painted all walls, cleaned all woodwork and then painted, and cleaned all light fixtures. We are so thankful that they were able to start the job right after we called which allowed up to move on to the flooring in only a week. Got quotes from several TOTL's recommended painters (thanks to all to do comment on this sight) and decided to go with Investment Painting. Checked each one out and decided to go with Chris Gibbs and Investment Painting. Chris gave me copies of their Liability and Worker’s compensation insurance coverage when asked. This was important to me as accidents do happen and I wanted to protect ourselves as well as his employees.
Chris arrived as scheduled and said the job would take longer than quoted. We said fine but he wanted us to know why! He said that his wife and surprised him with a plane ticket to see his younger children back in WI. He did say we would be in good hands and that Lyle and Scott would finish the job. These two gentlemen were outstanding and did a wonderful job. I worked in the paint applicator business and know a good paint job when I see it. They made sure my wife and I did a complete walk through with them upon completion to make sure we were pleased with their work. Then Lyle said, if you see something that you feel needs to be addressed latter on, just call and we will come back out to satisfy us.

We just had Chris & his crew paint the exterior of our manufactured house. The entire crew acted in a very professional manner, were on time & we are very happy with the job they did. I am just now completing a complete inside remodel along with extending my Golf Cart Garage 27 feet. Chris and the guys came out and painted my entire inside of my house. High Recommendations for Investment Painting
 

Chris and crew Lance, Scott and Travis painted our the inside of our house in one day! They arrived around 7:45 and started working right away. They were finished as promised by 5pm. They cleaned up and left everything in good order. They had some patching to do and they did a great job! We highly recommend them and thank them for a job well done!! I agree with some previous posts, don't bother to get other estimates, they are the best and the price is fair and reasonable. Very polite and hard working young man! Thanks for a job well done!!

I'm timid with color and Chris made a recommendation of mostly beige walls(the walls were stark white) with accent walls of orange and yellow. He said he would redo the vivid walls if I didn't like them. His suggestion was great and I'm very happy with it even though I would not have thought of that combination. I had the entire interior of my Iris painted by them. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. Price reasonable, too.
