Media Finally Paying Attention to Obama Eligibility
 

Most of the liberal media has laughed and ignored the issue when talk turns to the serious question on what constitutes eligibility to be elected President.

But, it'll be standing room only tomorrow, Thursday March 1st, at a news conference to be held by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona.

This event will take place at 3 PM EST. The news conference will deal with the findings of Sheriff Arpaio's cold case squad which dealt with the question of Obama's eligibility.

The issues to be discussed include Obama’s eligibility under the U.S. Constitution’s requirements and questions about the Connecticut Social Security number he uses and the image of his supposed birth certificate from Hawaii.

Expected to attend are reporters from the AP, Reuters, the Washington Times and NBC, CBS and ABC, as well as U.S. radio networks, among many others.

The press conference is expected to draw protesters who object to the sheriff’s office review of the allegations that Obama may attempt to use false documents to have his name placed on the 2012 presidential election ballot in Arizona.

Sheriff Arpaio has said the findings “could be a shock.”

Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation is the first official law enforcement investigtion into the allegations of Obama’s eligibility. Many of the private investigators who have investigated these allegations say there are too many questionable circumstances to believe that everything regarding Obama is above-board.

Editor and CEO Joseph Farah of World Net Daily, which will be streaming the event live tomorrow said, “Until now, as hard as it may be to believe, no official vetting of Obama’s credentials has been done – not by the 50 secretaries of state who oversee elections, not by the Federal Elections Commission that administers the nation’s elections laws, not by the Electoral College, not by any judge in America, not by Congress, not by anyone,” he continued.

Even before the results become public, Farah said he’s confident there will be a significant impact.

“I strongly believe it could be a game-changer,” he said.

What will the Tea Party say about this? Their darling, Marco Rubio, will not be eligible since his parents were not US citizens when he was born.

Let just hear what Sheriff Arpaio's Cold Case Squad dug up about our maybe foreign born President with his "records sealed" life.

The correct election year for this to have come out was 2008 not 4 years after the fact. Dirty secrets (really if any) should have come out before the POTUS took office.

I will hold my comments until the "revelation".

I am suspect about most things until I am convinced or see for myself firsthand. I will not be able to do the latter so can only wait for the convincing.

One would have to believe, like it or not does not enter into the equation, that the powers that be (who ever or what ever organization and what ever laws/regulations) have been researched long before Obama was anointed the democratic candidate for 2008. One would think with as much legal capability as there would be involved with a 'suspect' situation especially for POTUS that any and all smoking guns were addressed prior to him being chosen as a POTUS candidate. If not then one would most certainly think those wanting to exploit the possibilities being tossed around for the last 4 years would have revealed real evidence by now.

The name calling defense mechanism/method of some folks must be unacceptable to a lot of dems as it is consistently predictable and accomplishes and most certainly changes NOTHING.

Arpaio's press conference puts him in league with the "birthers," the conspiracy theorists who claim - against overwhelming evidence - that Mr. Obama was not born in the United States and thus is not eligible to be president.

But, to his credit; he does make his prisoners wear pink undies.

Let's hope this investigation is wrapped up soon so Sheriff Joe's crack(pot) cold case squad can get back to searching for Elvis, or perhaps help OJ find the real killer.

Those who failed to vet Obama whether they be friend or foe and the liberal media along with the Hollywood liberals will fight and frustrate efforts to keep this issue away from the public by reducing its visibility because for one reason or another they have a position to protect.

However and despite that fact there are many many americans who have come to recognize that Obama is not in his heart and cognitive processes "a true red blooded American." Unlike Obama, marco rubio has shown by word and action his love for our country and our democratic way of life.

Marco Rubio is a swell guy. He got caught putting personal expenses on his state credit card while speaker of the house. He misrepresented when his parents actually immigrated to the US from Cuba. This probably was not his doing, but his brother-in-law was a drug dealer in South Florida during the 1980's. All reasons why he will never be in any higher office. Another reason, hispanics in the rest of the country do not like Cuban immigrants.

I forgot the biggest reason of all why Marco Rubio will never be elected to higher office. He was a co-sponser of the Blount-Rubio amendment that was defeated today in the US Senate. I doubt any woman would ever vote for him. JMHO

It appears fro what you say that marco Rubio has an emotional and adverse affect on you? When that happens to me I regroup and say to myself "what things, acts, etc can i learn about this person that might change my opinion about him or her? for instance marco Rubo has genuinely shown that he is a proud American and he defends our democratic way of life.

Sheriff Arpaio has been under investigation by the Department of Justice for three years for racial profiling and other things. I don't know how long Sheriff Joe and his posse have been on this witchhunt.

I believe the post and thread were about media......and it IS ACCURATE....you show me what is inaccurate about their claims relative to the media ? You cannot.

I recall Romney back in 2008 being REQUIRED to have a press conference to discuss his Morman religion because the media just would not stop.....No, this article is spot on relative to the media !!! Your attempt to make this what it is not is noted.

Buggy's right that I like to push buttons, and that's because that's the surest way to catch your opponent off balance. But, I take this story seriously and the source of the journalism disturbs me none at all. I didn't link them as a source of "truth", as they do not know for sure, but as a source of journalism, which is sorely lacking in our own homegrown media.

I was waiting for some media source to, even in a little way, look into the work that Sheriff Arpaio had done, and lo and behold......zippo, nada, no siree bob.

Even FOX News, that the left ignorantly and mistakenly believe is simply a Republican mouthpiece, did little except look at it, which is more than any liberal media source, but still pathetic journalism.

I thank you Bucco for your post, and your points are spot on. You correctly saw my intent, and my intent was in a serious vein.

In my daily reading I discovered the story by Pravda and was blown away. It appears only they looked into this story and found it needing more than cursory investigation. (I guess President Obama being one of the only world leaders to congratulate Putin on "winning" his election carried little weight.)
