Do you think that you have an angry sciatic nerve? It is the longest nerve in your body and extends from you spine clear down the leg and TERRIBLY painful when inflamed.

Wait...Jeannie. Are you married to a doctor????

Dr. Bundzs in Leesburg discovered an inguinal hernia and took care of it for me. He is the surgeon that did the fix for me. Very good. Check him out on Healthgrades > Find a Doctor | Doctor Reviews | Hospital Ratings

Slam your finger in the car door. You won't even notice the groin pain anymore.

Might be time to see an orthodoc. Hip injuries often show up as groin pain.

Groin Pain from a Pulled or Strained Muscle

Groin Pain from a Pulled or Strained Muscle vs. a Hernia

Be well soon..........

I had a pain left side of abdomen down toward groin for about 13 months. I think I saw about 10 Dr's and no one really got the right diagnoses. Then a physician's assistant in about 5 minutes said I had sacroiliac dysfunction and sent me for physical therapy. Few sessions and it was gone! Apparently, it affected a muscle or nerve in the abdomen.

may well be a pulled muscle. If so, icing, resting & patience.

I guess you can either go see a doctor or take suggestions from people on TOTV who have no medical training and no knowledge of your medical history. I personally recommend wearing a crystal that will focus your life energy and seeing a healer to improve your aura. Only kidding......go see a doctor, and I hope you feel better soon.

thanks everyone

I've been to two GP's, guess it's time to check my underwear...Ha!

Get one of those magnetic bracelets.

Are you trying to save the co-pay costs? Why would you not go and see a doctor?

Erijo 07-22-2014 06:58 AM

I agree, you should see a doctor. Could possibly be hip involvement (my mother had terrible groin pain, turned out it was osteoarthritis and hip replaced, doing great). Perhaps a hernia? Perhaps nerve involvement? I hope all goes well, but please see a doctor. Good luck!
