An Angus hamburger on a fresh slightly sweet bun with slice of sweet onion and a slice of OHIO tomato and a little Hellmann's and an ear of corn about an hour out of an Ohio field with real butter and salt and pepper.

Not good for me.........but oh how yummy.

I can't decide whether the lye or the gelatinous consistency were the most riveting about preparing lutefisk which I had never heard of.

You really can't get the gelatinous consistency without soaking the dried cod in a lye solution for several days to rehydrate it. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
