You are kidding yourself, if you think the Republicans wouldn't drag the approval process over until next year. Obama could appoint a moderate Republican, and he/she wouldn't get approved.

Supreme Court joke anyway with 3 rhinos 4 left liberals and at least 3 of them are ????. Thomas might as well quite. I wouldn't want to be associated with that bunch of loons.

Not sure God has time for this - he's already working full time trying to get Rafael elected - after all , it was God himself who told Rafael he should run for POTUS. Then again he also told that nutty Sanitarium guy the same thing.
