Scalia was a racist, here is one of his statements "“There are those who contend that it does not benefit African-Americans to get them into the University of Texas, where they do not do well, as opposed to having them go to a less-advanced school … a slower-track school where they do well.”

I would not go to his funeral if I was payed and given a free dinner!

All he was doing was stating a fact. If he erred at all it was limiting his statement to african Americans when it should be about anybody that is in over their heads.

Which would eventually lead to lowering of standards to accomodate lack of achievement which would be presented as discriminating.

Black , white or what ever if they can't hack it they do not belong there....like it or not. If one does not measure up you do not get in.

He simply said to a level that is more suited to one's capability.
People are what they are......

And your omnipotent authority on the subject other than being an Obama suckster would be what?
You have no idea what the :censored: you are talking about.

No surprise in that!

Darn it I cannot find the bite me emoticon!!!!

You are a pathetic lier, learn how to google before you state viscious lies.

i read the entire google link given and the overwhelming consensus was that some presidents did not go to funerals of justices who had died after leaving office, but that this president is missing the funeral of a sitting justice and also missing an opportunity for showing solidarity as americans....the fact that a catholic funeral is not an affair of state does not detract from the benefit the president would have gained from attending.

What benefit would that be? Suddenly all you wingers would like him better. Give me a break. Now you believe in PC. What a bunch of hypocrites.

I understand that President Obama would not pee on Scalia's grave.

The reason - Pres. Obama does not like to have to wait in long lines! :1rotfl:

That's not the reason. The real reason is because he doesn't want anyone to see him when he has to squat in order to fulfill that function. :boom:

I bet Obama would like to think that he could garner that many people to stand in line to show their respect, when he goes.......

I bet when Obama goes, not one will even notice.

Dear Guest:

You do realize that President Obama was elected to office TWICE by over half of American voters, don't you?

You do realize, also, that President Obama has a higher approval rating than George W at the same time in office.

You do realize that in October 2008, that George had an approval rating of 22 percent. That is even lower an approval rating than Jimmy Carter ever had.

So, your little snide comment is without merit.

Personal Best Regards

You do remember half the Ameican voters is a long way from the total number of Americans and those that do not like him would far outnumber the total that voted for him.

A win is a win even if by only one vote.
But please refrain from making it sound like Obama won by a landslide. Because he did not.
Yes he won we will give you that.

I think that I speak for the majority when I say thank goodness Obummer will be out of there in less than a year. Hopefully, he will disappear so that we don't have to suffer with him in the media after that. But, I am sure that we will have to listen to his big mouth for a time after his eviction from the White House.

Dear Guest

Pres. Obama won TWICE while the teams of MCCain/Palin and Romney/Ryan lost. This means more than half of American voters voted for Pres. Obama rather than for Republicans.

George W also had the lowest approval rating during his term of any modern President - even lower than Jimmy Carter!

Personal Best Regards

Whatever you say. If you keep telling you it over and over again, maybe you will believe it. Kind of like a dog licking it's butt. Whatever you say.

Just remember that Obama did not have the majority of Americans voting for him. Only the majority of voters that voted. Hardly half the registered voters. So, bark a few more lines for us, rover.
