Well then we're all fools because that's the law. YOU don't decide if they're guilty..."some official" does...a judge does. They MAY be guilty but they're not NAMED a felon or sent to jail until "some official" says so. Many people are walking free who "performed felonious acts" who aren't "felons" because they were never caught/tried.

I read the average American commits 3 felonies a day because we inadvertently break laws we don't know exist. So, in your book, we're ALL felons.

Yes, you are a felon once you are CONVICTED. You can commit "felonies", but you are NOT a felon until the judge says...guilty. Just like you can finish school to be a doctor or a lawyer, but you can't call yourself one until the "board" says you are.

A person that commits a felony is considered a felon. Hillary purposely violated federal law regarding the handling of classified information, a felony.

The Clintons committed grand larceny, a felony by stealing gov property from the White House when they left. They admitted to it when they paid back thousands of dollars in restitution.
