What 3 felonies are committed each day by the average person?
Three Felonies A Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent: Harvey Silverglate, Alan M. Dershowitz: 9781594035227: Amazon.com: Books

Did anyone read the book? I can't find the answer on line.

Are you a woman? In my experience, only a woman can twist logic so badly...

Are you an idiot, because in my experience, only an idiot speaks out his @ss. :a20:

Well then we're all fools because that's the law. YOU don't decide if they're guilty..."some official" does...a judge does. They MAY be guilty but they're not NAMED a felon or sent to jail until "some official" says so. Many people are walking free who "performed felonious acts" who aren't "felons" because they were never caught/tried.

I read the average American commits 3 felonies a day because we inadvertently break laws we don't know exist. So, in your book, we're ALL felons.

3 felonies a day - Google Search

So, according to you one cannot be a felon unless convicted. According to the book you quote the average American commits three felonies per day. So, according to you, the average American is convicted of three felonies a day. Does that sound logical to you?

I didn't write the title of the book.

West's encyclopedia of American law
felon
n. a person who has been convicted of a felony, which is a crime punishable by death or a term in state or federal prison.

I didn't write the title of that book either.

The above was the answer to a question meant for someone else.

I cite facts...sorry if you don't accept them.

Yes, you are a felon once you are CONVICTED. You can commit "felonies", but you are NOT a felon until the judge says...guilty. Just like you can finish school to be a doctor or a lawyer, but you can't call yourself one until the "board" says you are.

Another great analogy, thank-you

OK, by popular liberal demand for PC, Hillary is not just a felon. She is an un-convicted as yet, felonious criminal scumbag, that is also a pathological liar and cheats on her taxes. The best thing that could happen for America is if Killary would have a stroke, collapse to the ground and never get back up. But, that's just my opinion.

By definition she is not a felon at all.

A person that commits a felony is considered a felon. Hillary purposely violated federal law regarding the handling of classified information, a felony.

The Clintons committed grand larceny, a felony by stealing gov property from the White House when they left. They admitted to it when they paid back thousands of dollars in restitution.

Yes, Hillary is a felon even if it embarrasses the liberals to admit it.

You need to be convicted. Unless we all agree that words mean what you want to them to mean. It's like calling a bogey a Village Par.

Not true, and your analogy is totally apples and oranges.

But, she IS a felon. The Clintons committed a felony, grand larceny when they stole from the white house. They admitted their guilt by paying restitution. Therefore, they ARE felons.

If ignorance is bliss, you got it made.

Once again,
According to top ethics lawyers, it’s at least debatable -- and at worst hyperbolic -- to say the Clintons "stole" the items. A congressional investigation found poor tracking of ownership and final disposition of gifts, which makes it hard to speak definitively of wrongdoing. In fact, two items the Clintons returned were ultimately sent back to them. Finally, it’s worth making clear that the "force" they responded to was political pressure, not legal jeopardy.

The paid back thousands of bucks because even though they claimed to be "dirt poor" when they left the White House, their good nature "donated" the money to pay for the thousands of dollars worth of gov property they STOLE. :a20:..:a20:
