We live in Deland aka Deadland. Put the house up for sale 3 weeks ago. We have a contract signed. The only thing left is the home inspection which is no problem since it's 2 years young and the lender appraisal. So as soon as it's a total done deal,, VILLAGES HERE WE COME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we are joining my brother-in-law and his wife, our long time attorney and his wife and soon to be in the Villages my wifes sister-in-law and her husband. I know how useful this forum is for newbies to TV so any advise or any archives I should look up would be greatly appreciated. See ya in April !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what type of advice you are looking for, but you might want to start in "Nuts and Bolts," where there is a wealth of great info. Anything specific you want to know, just ask.
