We live in Deland aka Deadland. Put the house up for sale 3 weeks ago. We have a contract signed. The only thing left is the home inspection which is no problem since it's 2 years young and the lender appraisal. So as soon as it's a total done deal,, VILLAGES HERE WE COME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we are joining my brother-in-law and his wife, our long time attorney and his wife and soon to be in the Villages my wifes sister-in-law and her husband. I know how useful this forum is for newbies to TV so any advise or any archives I should look up would be greatly appreciated. See ya in April !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
