What type of model has a kitchen window face out the front of house? ... you can have your morning coffee and watch the neighborhood come awake?

sure there are a few, But I know the Wisteria II and the Jasmine II have that..

Wisteria/Jasmine .. 1500 square feet. A little larger if stretched models.

If you want more square footage, there are some larger models that have kitchens at the front of the house.

The Gardenia and Camillia both have breakfast nooks that look out the front. We will be building the Gardenia in Pennecamp at the end of the year. We have reserved our lot and can't wait.
