Wisteria/Jasmine .. 1500 square feet. A little larger if stretched models.

If you want more square footage, there are some larger models that have kitchens at the front of the house.

The Gardenia and Camillia both have breakfast nooks that look out the front. We will be building the Gardenia in Pennecamp at the end of the year. We have reserved our lot and can't wait.
