Terrible. No Integrity. NO Service Attitude.

Unlike competitors:
a) WINDOW... up to 45 minutes from time they schedule. I've never waited more than 10 minutes with competitor.

b) NO CALLS... I almost missed my flight; never called; never apologized; drove my car.
Competitor sends an email the night before - with adjusted time - based on schedule. The one time they were going to miss that - they called me - and - assured I'd make my flight.

c) AWFUL SERVICE... ignored multiple attempts to contact them - sharing my frustration. This included emails and phone calls.

d) LACK INTEGRITY... manager refused to give me his name; unbelievable! AND, they charged my credit card anyway!

e) RUDE... take your worst image of Northeast - and put it on steroids.

BE WARNED. The price sounds great ($19.95) - but - absolutely not worth it!

I used them last week. Called to reconfirm the night before and someone answered the phone quickly and courteously. They arrived on time. Absolutely no issues. It's $19 folks - let's use them!

Yo dude, let it go. I had a similar experience with the Villages Airport Van a couple of years ago, but trust me on this, bitching about it on TOV wont change anything.

Friends used Groome last week. Everything went perfectly.

Groome brought 6 in and took 6 back to MCO. Very happy with the service. Me a little tired from the company, cause it was freezing while they were here. :cold::cold:But kudos to Groome for their arrival and departure :a040:
