Driveway resealing
 

My driveway was done by Go Concrete. It is now in need of minor repairs, repainting small areas and resealing. Is there another company that does this type of work?

It is next to impossible to match new paint to old paint. It is going to be very hard to find someone since they won't want to assume the responsibility o satisfactorily matching it.

Try going to Sherman Williams paint store to see if they have any names of contractors that paint driveways.

There are several companies that paint (stain) concrete, however, you will need to know the original paint (stain) water based or oil based, etc., and this can make a BIG difference with the sealer which are available in both types. Some sealers are not compatible with some paints and stains.

I can't recommend a contractor, but I don't think "repainting small areas" is the way to go.

Also I notice older driveways that get bad with years and need paint etc.,
have lots of cracks and I never seen cracks repaired successfully that last.

I had my cracked driveway replaced 3 years ago and the company that did
the work told me concrete in Florida last 20-25 years before it cracks again
and needs replacing.

probably is next to impossible to match new color to original,,, however most driveway folks use stock h&c colors avail @ sher-wms.
i haven't seen 1 custom color yet from any of them

There is two kinds of concert --- that which has cracked and that which will crack.

I left my concrete “bald” as it were. Pieces are already coming off of it after 6 years. The colosseum in Rome is still standing after two thousand years. I guess concrete isn’t what it used to be.

We have the same issue and are using Adam Kayler from Incredible Coatings. He is more expensive than some others but does the color matching.
