Cost of General biweekly house cleaning

Thinking of getting a housekeeper bi weekly for general cleaning...3 bed 2 bath...small home...no pets...no carpeting...not necessarily a company but an independent person...I have received so many different quotes in such large ranges...just wondering what homeowners are paying

I'm paying $125 every other week for the largest of the designer series, about 2550 sq ft climate controlled, and they also clean the 1050 sq ft lanai.

We pay $106 every two weeks for about 2000 sq ft, plus enclosed lanai.

Would you mind telling me who your cleaning company is...that sounds reasonable compared to what I was quoted

She works for herself with mostly family members. Unfortunately, a lot of our neighbors latched onto her, so she isn’t taking new clients and has a waiting list

Could you give me a name and number to call for your cleaner.

Thank you. Bob and Carol

$106 1930 square feet plus open lanai near pool. The lanai area under roof. Great Job Pro.

What do you mean when you say "biweekly"?

Do you mean twice a week or every other week?

May want to check with your neighbors as getting a person they like that is in their "service area" may be easier for them for you to be fit into their schedule than going on a waitlist with the folks mentioned here.

Try and get on as many cleaning list as you can ,while you use the professional cleaners , I have had the same person for a very long time she and other friends of hers rarely take on someone new and some like my person if they lose a person sometimes don’t feel like replacing them . My person is like family she’s great and I don’t have to be there for her , she gets $90 a week and we’ll worth it , she’s actually in my will now lolFYI I need her every week ,I sleep with the windows ,doors and slider open if I don’t have company , gets dusty

Thank you to the original poster of the topic and for all the responses, especially this one… My husband and I just closed on our house and are looking to hire someone also!

Sorry, I am picky. Too many things have “found other homes” so my cleaner is the one who does nearly every other house on my street. Works out well.

Great jim pro. $110 every 2 weeks. A team of three people come in and they’re done in an hour. We had a couple recommended cleaners individual types and they were very unreliable and they took three hours to do our 1700 square-foot home and they were $80 but with tips and all the extra benefits that you give them holiday, gifts and stuff it’s not worth it. Great job Pro is a incredible company, if you’re just looking for a complete clean and them in and out in an hour. Just make sure you ask the Booker that the leader speaks English. Because they were Brazilian company and the workers are young women who don’t speak English from Brazil and sometimes Venezuela. Very very nice people and very hard workers , best of luck
