Pipe smoking club info needed
 

Is there a pipe smokers club in TV? If so where and when do they meet. Please let me know if there is a contact person.

As relative to someone that died of throat cancer, I really hope you drop the habit, I really missed my grandfather, he was a great influence on me.

My father was a pipe smoker and developed emphysema from it. He also got chilled easily as it affected his circulation. He smoked Sir Walter Raleigh pipe tobacco. I smoked a pipe in college while studying until I noticed I was biting it pretty hard, wearing down my upper canines teeth. Also I got tired of waking up in the morning with the taste of stale smoke in my mouth (dragon breath!)

I know a few pipe smokers in the Villages, but nobody that uses tobacco.

This was my grandfather’s pipe, I really miss him as well.

Sorry about your grandfather. I lost everyone on my father's side of the family to smoking related illnesses. Mostly cancer. It is a horrible way to die, and breaking the addiction is hard. Life is short, no sense making it tragically shorter if you can possibly avoid it.

Since smoking is not allowed within any rec center, there would not be a club meeting inside one. Smoking is also banned within a certain distance around the perimeter of rec centers, and at all pools.

Btw I love the smell of a pipe...especially that cherry smell. Reminds me of my dad.
