If the power remains out and you lose all of your food, file a FEMA Claim for $750.

*Note: You must say or use these exact words: "I HAVE A SERIOUS FOOD NEED" - 800-621-3362 for the FEMA FOOD ALLOWANCE.

Please provide this information to friends, neighbors, and Villages families. We know a lot of people may/will have food lost from potential power outages.

FEMA Assistance/funding also available for hotel accommodation if possibly needed (More of a coastal concern than a local Villages concern, but one can never be too cautious).

If you are unaware or out-of-state, please have a Villages neighbor go have a look at your home (Villa or Single Family property) post storm or feel free to contact me directly (A friend and Villager) so I can ensure your Villages property is free of any wind shears, barometric impacts, debris damage, missing hardware, etc.
