Terry Johncock - Village of Hadley - 02-26-26
“It was time for us to replace our roof. We interviewed three roofing companies and chose Sky Light Roofing. Several neighbors in Hadley had recently used them and were satisfied. They also have a local office in Wildwood (352-552-4766). Of the three quotes, Sky Light was right in the middle. Their salesman, Brent, was by far the most informative. I’ve always believed a good salesperson is also a good teacher—and he definitely was. Arrival time was set for 6:20 a.m. for job prep—and at 6:20 a.m. on the scheduled day, they were here. All materials arrived later that morning. A dumpster was placed carefully with protective 4×8 plywood sheets underneath. The next morning they arrived early again and began work. During the roofing removal, our 10-year-old tube light diffuser and ring fell and broke due to the vibration. The following day, a company representative came out, brought the needed parts, and repaired it. The replacement diffuser actually matched better than the old one—so it ended up being an improvement. The job was completed on time, all debris was thoroughly cleaned up, and we’re very happy with the results. Great experience overall. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.”

John Karns - Altair Path - 02-05-2026
“After getting numerous estimates, I chose Sky Light Roofing. They were very thorough with their explanations and upfront with all costs. They arrived early and worked all day, completing around 5:00pm. Clean up was excellent. Would highly recommend Sky Light Roofing!”

Maryellen Lakin - Eleanor Village - 02-03-2026

John Rumplasch -
Village of Caroline - 01-29-2026
“Skylight Roofing did an outstanding job both during the brief and relaxed presentation and their installation of the new roof. They communicated during each phase of the scheduling. The material was delivered on the scheduled date, and they showed up the next day an installed the new roof. Their clean up was impeccable, in fact property seriously looked cleaner after they left —We had five other estimates that ranged from $23,000.00 to 26,000.00, and after three other friends recommended Skylight Roofing we called for a sixth estimate. When Brent Maloy with Skylight Roofing arrived and made a relaxed and brief presentation, he presented an already priced out contract that was about 25% cheaper then the other estimates for the same material and warranty. I highly recommend contacting Skylight Roofing for your new roof.”

Richard Knudsen - Hemingway - 01-27-2026
“I admit, I really was impressed with the quality of the work and the follow through on clean up when they were done. The crew was very polite. I found the entire project was completed with a minimum effort on my part. I would recommend them to shingle your house. SkyLight did an excellent job.”

Nancy West - Village Of Duval - 01-21-2026
“I cannot say enough great things about Sky Light Roofing. The entire process went smoothly and everything was handled in a very professional manner. From Brent and Stephanie to the entire crew you are a top notch company.”

Vaughn & Carolyn FitzGerald - Village Largo-

“We recently contracted with Skylight Roofing for a new roof and had a positive experience. Beginning with Brent Malloy for explaining the process, materials and pricing to the diligent roofers who showed up on time to do the actual work. Also the communication with Stephanie at local office and issue follow up were impeccable”

Just finished my roof install and the whole thing worked out great. These guys were recommended by Steve Kling who will be painting our house and we went in without question. Neat, clean and professional. I could not be happier with the results.

Skylight was a well oiled machine. Competitive pricing, great communication, and attention to detail were all spot on. Post work clean up was well doen. No down sides to using Skylight. I recommend them.

Recently we had our roof replaced by Ski Light Roofing. Our experience with them was 5 stars! The crew arrived on time in the am and finished with clean up in one day. Special care was taken to clean up the yard around the house. The supervisor was nearby all day and answered any questions we had. In summary, quality products, skilled workers and happy home owners. Well done Skylight!

They put a new roof on my Lantana home in one day, although the crew work from 6AM until 8:30PM. My new roof is awesome, and the crew did exceptional work. My lawn was left spotless after their clean up.
I highly recommend Skylight for any of your roofing needs.

Skylight Roofing Review- Jerry Hertzel 08-12-2025

“If you are looking for a roofing company that would meet all our requirements, this was not an issue with Skylight Roofing.
First came the sale with Brent M. of Skylight who discussed what was being offered and listened to our issues without any “hard” sell. What resulted was an offer that met our discussion at an acceptable cost and excellent warranties on both shingles and workmanship.
Next the install was professionally completed in less than a day with a well-known brand shingle, plywood repaired if needed and a requested solar fan added. The area was cleaned and debris removed.
The next day an inspection was performed and vents painted without have to be requested.
We highly recommend Skylight for roofing needs.”

Sky Light field and office personnel were easy to communicate with and timely with all responses. The installation crew were efficient and neat, all clean-up was done daily. My property and landscaping were left in exactly the same condition as prior to installation. I was entirely satisfied with the process and recommended them to neighbors. After doing my research, we decided on Skylight roofing. First of all, their representative Brent was very knowledgeable and polite explaining the whole process, without making us feel pressured. Their staff was also very courteous.
Brent came out for us to sign the contact the morning that hurricane Milton came through. When he left I said to him "by tomorrow this time I will know if I have to pay for it or my insurance company has to pay". (I paid). They handled all the paper work, permits ect. The work was completed with no problems or up charges. Cleanup was also very good. In the 2 months since completion I have only found 1 nail.
I highly recommend Skylight roofing and would not hesitate to use them again.

Sky Light recently replaced our roof. Brent was exceptional as a sales representative. There were no surprises throughout the entire process. If you need a new roof, include them in your search. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I would highly recommend Sky Light Roofing to anyone. Great price, quality materials and overall good experience. Crew worked hard and finished in one day. My roof looks fantastic! Give them a call.
