Raccoon in attic.
No holes in roof or soffit. How does a raccoon get in my attic? Who can trap and remove?
|
Raccoon **** smells nasty
|
Don't delay. Get a pro ASAP, and get it out.
I often see biz cards at local small businesses. Just saw a card wall at NYPD Pizza this weekend. Ace Hardwares? I had illegal immigrants at my previous res in a fairly rural area. Already experienced with my raccoon trap and thought I could handle it. Broke in, patched. Broke in, patched. Had babies. I won't go on. Lots of damage, and smell that I'm not sure ever went away completely. ASAP. Show no mercy. They looks so cute, but . . . |
I found at least one thread from the past that might be helpful.

OP, you may want to try some rat poison before calling an expert.

I recommend Florida Pest Control. We've had a contract with them for going on four years now and couldn't be happier. They do advertise "wildlife" control as one of their services and I'd think that includes raccoons. They know their stuff. 833-977-1623 |

I thought that rat poison made the animal thirsty and they went outside to drink. Drinking water made them die outside.

Call now and maybe he will just have to catch the mother, not babies as well. They got in through the large, round vents on top of the roof - ripped away the metal grille (which may have been rusty) - but also pulled away the soffit at one point and somehow swung in under there - clever beasts! |
