I can help you with this.

I had this problem and it turned out to be Rats in the attic.

They got in from 2 small openings in the eves.

After checking around I went with " Truly Nolen " Pest Control.

They went into the attic laid traps, inspected the whole roof, sealed off the openings, and solved the problem.

By the way most pest control companies leave baited traps outside, which really don't address the problem. The vermin can take the bait into the attic and die which is not good.

We also had a varmint living in membrane of Lanai. Called Trapper King and they came out, set up traps and closed that little stinker squirrel's hole up. That was over a year ago. No problem since. Highly recommend Trapper King Animal Removal, 888-991-5464

I found a rat outside of my lanai one evening recently. I called Dean's (who does my pest control). They set a rat trap out the next morning.
