What shoes do you wear

My go to has been New Balance for everyday but since retirement I've been in flip flops mostly. Now, as I'm "maturing", I'm looking for a shoe I can comfortably walk in.
The New Balance aren't doing it anymore and the flip flops just don't have the support plus I've tripped in them a few times and don't want to fall.
What's your go to for everyday wear?

I wear OrthoFeet shoes. I'm a tall guy with big feet and they give great sturdy support.
They're covered by many health insurance plans, but I found it easier, personally, to pay
just a couple extra bucks and buy them. Happy Walking

I live in Birkenstocks. They range from their infamous sandals to tennis shoes and some dress shoes. Great arch support and my plantar fasciitis doesn’t act up.

Teva sandals or Rockport Prowalkers

From me Adidas’s court tennis shoes, they are almost broken in right out of box, had wide footprint, with well cushioned heal. Soles has good tread pattern and last for ever. My second choice Babolats. I hardly ever wear flips flops or sandals.

Go to Fleet Feet at Colony shopping center in The Villages. Let them fit the right shoe for you. Their shoes are pricey but after wearing them I have found them to be worth it for comfort. I purchased Brooks and Hoka brands there again pricey but the comfort is worth it. Also every time I have gone there they were very busy and there must be a reason.

Because we use our feet every day, shoes are important.
We were regulars at GH Bass in TV before they closed then discovered Skechers.
Both Bass and Skechers started falling apart terribly and getting any kind of service , warranty, or a response to a call , email or chat gets a.i. at best.
No more cheap chinese shoes!
( wife and so many others still think their NB are USA made )
I’m back to SAS, Danner, and Birkenstocks and change off every day
Life’s too short to wear bad shoes.

Skechers for everything!

I wear crocs with a thick pair of socks in the house as prevention against toe bumps or dropping things on the toes (which I have done). Outside it is Brooks Ghost sneakers with inserts. I shop at Fleet feet (expensive but well worth it). I also shop for sandals on Allegria shoes (online) for the rocker bottom soles really helps the plantar fasciitis.

Usually flip flops for casual everyday wear, but if I’m driving somewhere, heading to the squares to dance, or something like that I’ll wear Skechers slip ins. Great shoe and very comfortable.

Skechers

I wear SKECHERS almost all the time. Also, recommend the “slip-ins” models so I don’t have to spend my time bending over to put them on or lace them up.

Personal I like Skechers. They are lightweight, which helps my knees, and come in wider widths which works for me. The won’t last forever but also are reasonably priced and almost always on sale at the Skechers store so I can have multiple pairs without breaking the bank.

Skechers and Crocs

Skechers for everything outside the house, crocs for around the yard and barefoot in the house.

Oofos is my go-to

I started wearing Oofos for Plantar faciitis. I haven't needed injections since. Like walking on air. Many different styles and colors. Not cheap, but worth it. Oofos.com
