The ARC and permit applications are submitted by Sky Light Roofing and went through without a hitch. The workers arrived on time and removed the old roof, put the underlayment down, installed new drip guards and replaced all the penetrations while priming and painting the old turtle head vents. The new roof was completed in one day and the team of workers then surrounded the house with magnets sweeping for errant screws and nails. The dumpster was removed the next morning as promised. First came the consultation with Brent M. of Skylight who discussed what was being offered and listened to our issues without any “hard” sell. What resulted was an offer that met our discussion at an acceptable cost and excellent warranties on both shingles and workmanship.
Next the install was professionally completed in less than a day with a well-known brand shingle, plywood repaired if needed and a requested solar fan added. The area was cleaned and debris removed. The next day an inspection was performed and vents painted without have to be requested. We highly recommend Skylight for all roofing needs.”

Starting with the sales person Brent is courteous and will give you a complete review of what they will do. Their workers are great, got here at 6:45 and left at 3:00. The roof looks great and the cleanup, I could not find a problem anywhere. The dumpster (trailer) was removed the same day and the manager doing that checked for any remaining debris like nails etc.”
