Culvers
 
They serve walleye pike also. Had some down in Clermont and had forgotten how good it was. And I always bring home a bag of cheese curds.

Does anyone know when Culvers will open?
Does anyone know when Habaneros will open? It is the restaurant that is opening in the old Crispers location.
The only information I can find online says Habaneros was scheduled to open in November 2017.
Both restaurants are in Southern Trace Plaza.
