I use it on meats, eggs, pasta, potatoes, rice, etc.
I'm 5'9" and weigh 131 lbs. My cholesterol and lipids are lower than normal as is my blood pressure.
How does that compare to your average Villager?

That was unnecessary. The same could be said about fish on Fridays or foregoing some food during Lent, or mixing meat and dairy. The OP is entitled to have food preferences, and some dietary prohibitions are more deeply seeded. Would anyone expect our Hindu friends to chow down on filet mignon?

Talk about a first world problem. There are millions of people in this world who don’t know where their next meal is coming from and you’re complaining publicly about ketchup? Just be thankful for what you have and shut up.
