That makes me skeptical though. There is no chef in any chain restaurant kitchen in the USA. Cooks for sure, sous chefs in some cases, but definitely no chefs.

Hmmmm. Does not having a chef make the food any less quality?

I’m no chef but I can cook up some pretty darn good food.

Cannot find it the newspaper nor any letter of intent published by PF Changs!

They also posted a new Pizza place coming that The Daily Rag hasn't announced yet either. We'll see. The club's been on the money each time.

Geez urgent care? Of course you know that Thai Ruby isn't Chinese. But urgent care? Hope everything was ok.

New rumor floating out there that P.F. Changs ( or maybe Chang's lite, ie; Pei Wei) has signed a lease for the empty space across the street from Bluefin. IF true, this would be great news. The first major restaurant chain south of 466A plus it would draw more traffic to Brownwood and help every other venue there.

Totally LUV P.F. Changs.

Love PF Chang’s. That said, wiil probably go once but have found they have too much salt in their foods for those of us who have to watch our salt intake. That generally goes for other restaurants we like. Glad to see them come to TV and good wishes to them.

Been there a few times. Never thought their food was any better than many other places I have been to. They do have a nice decor. They also usually carry a premium price. I might go once but I do really like Koyame for their food and great service.

PF's can be good or just ok. Been to a lot of them around the country. Fairly standardized menu at all places. Quality is totally up to the management and staff. IMHO.

Any News?

We’re gone for the summer but hoping that P.F. Chang’s is still planning to open in Brownwood. Any news?

Can you tell us the source of this information?

Was told they couldn't come to that location because of the dragon that they put outside their Bldg.

pf changs building pics - Google Search

In many PF CHANGS building pics, you can see horse statues. In several there aren't any statues at all. I didn't see any dragon statues.
