I took three estimates for my roof replacement. Brent Malloy and Sky Light were hands down my top choice. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, without pressure or gimmicks. The job was done on schedule, great care was taken with my coated driveway, work done in a day and the results are as expected. I highly recommend you talk to Brent and Sky Light if you are considering roof replacement (and you will).

I would like to highly recommend Sky Light roofing for any roof repair or replacement. I lost some shingles due to the latest hurricane, Helena. I called Skylight Roofing to assess the damage. Brent from Skylight Roofing said he would be out the next morning. Promptly at 9:30 AM, Brent arrived, inspected my roof and told me what the problem was and then proceeded to repair the damage.
Brent was prompt, polite and professional.

Skylight Roofing Villages does not utilize subcontractors (the above contractor does unfortunately), we provide 5 sheets CDX plywood into every job we start in The Villages (Complimentary), We don’t use any rented equipment and cover, tarp, plywood all driveway’s and walkways, and we were just voted 2024 Villages Top Roofer on NextDoor for price value, OSHA 10 crews, safety, and overall management and site Supervision.

After doing my research, we decided on Skylight roofing. First of all, their representative Brent was very knowledgeable and polite explaining the whole process, without making us feel pressured. Their staff was also very courteous.
Brent came out for us to sign the contact the morning that hurricane Milton came through. When he left I said to him "by tomorrow this time I will know if I have to pay for it or my insurance company has to pay". (I paid). They handled all the paper work, permits ect. The work was completed with no problems or up charges. Cleanup was also very good. In the 2 months since completion I have only found 1 nail.
I highly recommend Skylight roofing and would not hesitate to use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Skylight Roofing. I had contacted three other companies before I decided on Skylight. I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Brent Maloy, my representative.
They put a new roof on my Lantana home in one day, although the crew work from 6AM until 8:30PM. My new roof is awesome, and the crew did exceptional work. My lawn was left spotless after their clean up.

“If you are looking for a roofing company that would meet all our requirements, this was not an issue with Skylight Roofing.
First came the sale with Brent M. of Skylight who discussed what was being offered and listened to our issues without any “hard” sell. What resulted was an offer that met our discussion at an acceptable cost and excellent warranties on both shingles and workmanship.
Next the install was professionally completed in less than a day with a well-known brand shingle, plywood repaired if needed and a requested solar fan added. The area was cleaned and debris removed.
The next day an inspection was performed and vents painted without have to be requested.
We highly recommend Skylight for roofing needs.”
