Default Glenview in great shape

Golf group played Glenview...Fox to Stirrup...on 05/12. Excellent greens, good fairways, short rough. Overall in very good condition. Sand traps mostly not groomed but also not all tracked up, so reasonable.

It's in good shape for the most part, but the greens were VERY slow when I played Wednesday. Rolled fine, but even slower than the executives in the area. So while I would say they are in good shape, I would not say great shape. Lopez's greens are far better right now.

Folks it's been this way for years. The bunkers are not groomed "spun" everyday. I've heard from numerous people who complain about the bunker conditions and then admit during the conversation that if the bunkers haven't been groomed, they will not rake the damage they do after playing out of them. Good golf etiquette does not take a vacation. You would be amazed how the conditions of the bunkers would improve if everyone just did their little part. It's time for everyone to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.

Played yesterday, greens in good shape but VERY slow. Unusual.

Not news. This is the norm for these courses.

Glenview, Tierra and Lopez have been in great shape all spring compared to the other courses.

I have played a few executive courses recently that have faster greens than Glenview.
