Hello from Vibes of The Villages, Florida! π΄πΆ
We just wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves to the great forum. We are Andrew & Victoria. We're thrilled to be here and excited to connect with this wonderful community!
We're currently planning our move to The Villages, Florida, with just about a year to go β and the countdown is on! π We've been learning as much as we can about the area, the lifestyle, and all the fun things happening, and this forum has already been such a helpful and welcoming place.  Our visit was in April 2025 and stayed in Richmond, and after drinking the pitcher of Kool-aid we are back in July.  Thanks again

Aww you're missing the May lovebugs (which are heading this way as we speak - they assaulted my car on Florida's Tpke heading north this morning from Boynton Beach). And you'll miss their September encore.
It's a must-see for sure. |

Welcome! You will be very happy here. Recommendation- try staying/renting in different areas so you can get the vibe of that area before purchasing your forever home. Retirement life is different! Also as a villager on our third home, donβt worry if you buy too small & then buy bigger! Pre owned homes are nice & have had many alterations - solar tubes, pull out drawers in pantry, etc. Would love to meet you!

We have lived here now for 20 years. There is always something to do, new people to meet, and you will never be bored. You will establish different groups of friends: Golfing friends, neighbor friends, friends you meet at activities, etc. You will love it.
