the number is just that a number. How old you are is a function of who you are, what you are, how you do it, your attitude, your outlook.

There are many under 55 who look and act much much older.
And there are many many more who are over 65 and look and act a whole lot younger.

And there are those of us over 75 who wonder why the rest can't keep up!
