Does he also try to spray walkers in general, or only ones with dogs.
Maybe you should walk the dog with a group of people and see what he does...if he sprays you all, I'd be walking right up to his garage for a "group" conversation, after I took all the photos.

I don't remember a must love dogs clause in my purchase documents. Personally, I think they are smelly, disgusting things. I would never own one, nor do I want to pat it or be its friend. Keep it at a distance and we are fine.
Oh, and keep it out of the supermarket and shopping carts too. I don't want dog azzzz where my food goes.

I do not live in The Villages yet. Almost did in 2018, but we lost the villa we wanted to another buyer. It seems like homes get sold up very fast there. Well anyway, I have a dog. I try to stay in the street with him. It is easier here than The Villages. I do try to be conscientious of my neighbors’ property. I did notice the streets are very narrow there in The Villages. If I do get there again, I think I will make sure there is a side street with no homes to walk him. That way I do not accidentally go on someone else’s property.

Excellent that you can communicate so well with him. Now tell him not to crap on my lawn please.

It’s going to take me 3 days on the morning thrown to read this thread and I skipped to the end because I had to be a part of it

walk up to his garage? are you some sort of tough guy? are you not too bright? he doesn't want your dog, or you on his property. what don't you get? now you are trespassing and if you are a threat, watch out. this argument is over. keep off my property is a simple. and keep your dog, off my property too, and out of stores and restaurants also... do you think you are going to be mr. arbitrator?
