The subject of this entry is AM Luxury Chauffeur. We have been using them as transportation to the airport and Port Canaveral for a reasonable charge: except for the last trip in August. We did not receive an invoice or itemized charges. When we got back, we saw a charge on our credit card on file with them for $540, which was not authorized. This amount was about $200 more than agreed. Corresponding with them has failed. They do not respond to texts or emails or phone calls. We have left messages, calls not returned. We just want to alert folks about this company. You may not want to use them, as we will not in the future.

If you used a credit card, you have 60 days from the statement date where the charge first appeared to dispute the charge with your bank. By Federal law, the bank must immediately remove the charge and investigate the dispute.

Here's another fact, they only registered their name with the state last year but boast they've been in business 6 years. When asked to see a copy of their commercial insurance they must carry, they defrayed my friend that they are not required to prove they have it, red flag! Second flag is that they state on their business card that they are A rated with BBB, look at the BBB site my friend told me about, says in bold red print that they are NOT rated nor participate, so their making false claims. Lastly, my friends neighbor tried them and were left stranded late night, no show. The next day they found out though their credit card was charged though. Scam outfit.
