Location and size of home.
Do careful planning and figure out what you want to do in each room. Be sure to have ample storage.

Agree. Home without the extra garage are much harder to sell. If you don't want a golf car you fill find plenty of stuff you have to put in that extra space. I am hoping for a 4 car garage in the future.
