A drop down menu with the standard answers would eliminate a lot of typing:
1. It's the Developer's fault.
2. It's nothing but GREED!
3. It's always been this way.
4. It's the only reason that I moved to The Villages and they're taking it away.

Feel free to add those I missed.

I don't know why whiners have to have their own threads to whine about stuff when they can share their whines with every one else here. Why whine alone? I'll start whining if they get their way.

We're in the process of selling our house in the north to move to the Villages. I'm so glad there will be a whiner's (not winer's) site. That will probably eliminate half the posts on the other boards. THANK YOU.

My house didn't sell fast enough:
a) Must be TV sales agent's fault
b) Must be MLS Realtor's fault

Also: too many people trespassing to retrieve their golf balls
The alligators should be left alone; they were here first
The alligators should be removed; I paid big money to live here.
