Late Breaking News: As if all the charges weren't bad enough, the police found something else that they are now looking into. Evidently, the electric company went out to examine their equipment and found that the electric box had been defaced. Yes, in BIG LETTERS, someone wrote the following with a magic marker: "For a really good time, call this phone number and ask for Cookie."

The investigation will consist of someone at the police department actually calling the number and asking for Cookie. ;-)

Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. Wasn't her real name Charm?

You could just look at those two and know they were up to NO GOOD.

The woman involved in this latest incident and her boyfriend were evicted from the home that they were renting a few months ago. Some ove in Tierra del Sol has evidently taken her in.

I drove past that spot this afternoon on my golf cart. It IS NOT in view of anyone who is not specifically looking for people.

Even though these two are not the top of society layer, the officer should have told them to get dressed and escorted them home with only a warning.

Arrested for that offense in such a seculed area is downright stupid.

Before you make a judgement, drive past the trysting spot and see if you can make it out to be a crime worthy of arrest.

VOTE NO FOR ALL SITTING JUDGES ON THE NOVEMBER BALLOT.

I think part of it is that these two are known offenders and are either out on bond or on probation. Don't know what the conditions of their bond/probation are but I'm pretty sure they were violated.

IMO, LE got this one right.

Do you know these two involved? If not, you don't know their history with the area. I'm certain that the officer involved was very aware of what he was doing.

As for the judges....were you in the courtroom for all these cases that have been discussed. If not, why assume that they don't know what they are doing? Don't take for gospel all that you read in the papers. They only know what they are told.

HUH? Then they would just do it again, and I don't think it is horrible but it isn't too classy either, now is it?

Plus both of them had previous arrests. She for stealing a case of beer from circle K and him for a bunch of different things including using someone's credit card.

Not upstanding citizens. Maybe this arrest will give them pause.

I drove by too. I agree with you. It's so funny that this story gets more attention than the motorcycle dude that open fired on a car on 466. But....I'm not surprised at all.
