And if anyone hasn't realized movie theaters will be a thing of the past soon and if not one theatre in many miles is enough with people doing more streaming, Netflix, and all the 1000's of movies available in the comfort of your home. I'm not surprised actually at these naysayers who bash the family at any turn secretly wishing they had been that smart financially.

Some Villager who loved Katie Belles in the good old days should put their money up and lease it to open a dance hall just to prove to everyone how successful it will be. In other words, put their money where their mouth is.

I heard it will be a Costco AND a Trader Joe’s AND Wegmans all in one mall.

Katie Bells never made money. Paid bands like Rocky 2000 a night and no cover charge. People could sit at the bar and have 2 beers for 6 bucks. Math never worked out.

There will be a golf maintenance building and pro shop, plus a starters shack, not really a CC Clubhouse like the other ones in TV, unless your talking about the course down South. Yes, they are putting in some courts and a pool, but no Rec Center building like most Rec Centers. The big question is are they going to be selling the "Rec Center" to the AAC after it's built ? That's where they make a decent profit.

Why can’t people realize that many things that are happening are a ripple effect of a Pandemic that continues to affect things even after three years

. When TV was invented everyone thought the movies were done as well as when we were able to check out movies to view in our homes. People need someplace to go to get out of the house besides going to dinner.

They will make more movies that will be released and people will start to go again! It takes time
