Default Can they fit?

Has anyone managed to fit a sedan and two 10-foot long golf cars in a two-car garage? I was never very good at Tetris:

Car: 16-5’L x 6-1’W x 4-11’H
Golf Car 1: 9'1"L x 4'3"W x 6'3"H
Golf Car 2: 8'7"L x 4'6"W x 5'3"H

One potential purchase (moving houses) has a garage of 19'-4" X 20'-0"
Second potential purchase has a garage of 19'-8" X 24'-0"

I wouldn't buy either house. You need a house with a 2-car garage and a separate golf cart garage. That would be my minimum standard requirement, and there are many available. Cramming those vehicles into a 2-car garage would be a constant hassle and regret. Also, think about resale value.

Yes they will fit.

A lot of people have two carts, one car and that is their new Lifestyle.

As 123 mentioned, a golf cart garage on the side would be nice........more space the merrier, but you can go without.

Depends on how much crap from house in taking up space in garage? Like half kitchen protruding in garage space, water heater, air handler, washer dryer? If they are true two car garage space should fit. But would leave less room for tools, bench, and what ever else you have to put in garage. CYVs are advertised as 1 1/2 and 2 car garage, but the design has normal stuff inside house in garage making them verily one car or 1 1/2 half car garage. So you really have to look at space in garages in villages see if will fit your needs.

We have a car and cart in one side of our garage. Might be a little tight getting in and out of car but it fits. The two cart listed parked end to end would be really tight in a 20’ garage but the numbers say they would fit.

You will also need to consider which side of the garage the carts will occupy, getting out of the car and past the golf carts to get into the house will be interesting.

Looks like you have 5’ of room to play with between vehicles (5/3 is 1.6 foot between each?)and plenty of room for length? Your second option would be to leave the car outside? It’s a depreciating asset anyhow?

Two carts (Behind each other) with the car on the left. Tight, but works.

The problem is that you'd need to park one golf cart in front of the other and your truck next to it. If you each have a designed cart, then you'd need to move one out to access the other. This is all assuming the garage is kept uncluttered.

I have a two-car garage with an adjacent golf cart garage just to fit two full-size cars.
It would work with two golf carts and a full-size vehicle.

They will fit. Only regret we have with our house is no golf cart garage.

Would not buy another Villages house without one.
