I believe those are District owned. Why would a cart with a For Sale sign on it - in a parking lot BEHIND the squares bother anyone? Are there so many such carts being sold everyday that they take up the entire lot?

Because that's the way the king wants it! Beheadings will begin at 4PM in the town squares prior to music and happy hour drinks.

Now they complain about the way things are done, want to change this and that, and use the wrong terms all the time. (New law allows the District not the Developer) You must be too new to remember going to a Square and not getting a parking spot because 15-20 carts are all parked next to each other with 4 sale signs. Looked just GREAT! One evening behind Panara's I talked to a man who lived outside the Villages. He was unloading 2 carts from a trailer. He was bringing them to the square with 4 sale signs. He did it on market nights (more people and less parking because of the vendors)

Ever see a car or cart parked at a Postal Station with a 4 sale sign? People leave them all day and half the night. Taking a parking spot all day... that's GREAT! Screw my neighbors, I'm more important. Just ask me, I'll tell you.

:ohdear: We don't get to pick which rules we follow.... be a good neighbor and resident.... follow them all. :coolsmiley:

When it comes to the town squares, district and developer are one and the same. You should know that, or are you just parsing?
And, I DID read my deed restrictions, my title insurance exceptions, etc., unlike probably 90% of buyers. I moved here eyes wide open regarding the developer's reputation and control. I still live in good old USA even though I'm not at all thrilled with the current administration. It doesn't mean I'm ignorant of what is going on.

Probably not, but you will get a pass if you use a Patriot's decal. :)

It can also mean to kind of tease something apart to get at a meaning. That's a stretch, but how my hubs and I use it.

Are you parsing the definition of parse from above?

I thank District Customer Service for the following ->

"Section 7.10 of the VCCDD Rule states,

No person may leave, stand or park any motor vehicle, golf cart or merchandise on any District owned public property, including any street, parking lot, alley, or easement, or upon any public place, including vacant land, shopping center parking lots or any other similar area for the purpose of displaying such motor vehicle, golf cart or merchandise for rent or sale without the approval of the District Manager."

The prohibition applies only to district-owned property; not public streets at the Town Squares, and not your driveway.

As always..................

I have asked for a clarification from the District as to the applicability of the rule to the three town squares.
